i really think David Villa will go to Liverpool. Every1 saying how Liverpool don't have enough money, David Villa wants to go to Liverpool and Liverpool want to buy him more then any1.

--------------------Reina-------------------------
--Rafinha-----Agger--------Carragher--------?----
-----------------Mascherano---------------------
---Kuyt----------------------------------Babel---
-------------------Gerrard-----------------------
------------Villa-------------Torres--------------

look's pretty good. Just need a left-back. Kuyt has been playing pretty good for Netherlands.

Buy Rafinha, buy Villa, and get a left-back. A good left-back.

put Agger at LB Skrtel in the centre and replace Babel with Silva then you have a team that will win you trophies

I reckon this could be a great line-up:

---------Villa-----Torres--------
--------------------------------
------------Gerrard-------------
--Silva------Masch----Bentley--
--------------------------------
--Abidal?--Agger-Carra--Degen--
--------------Reina-------------

Subs:
Skrtel, Finnan/Insua,
Babel, Alonso
Kuyt, Lucas,
Nemeth

We can sell Riise, Crouch, Voronin, Pennant, and Carson (Thats a lot of money). We can also sell Benayoun, Arbeloa and Aurelio and let some of our reserve players replace them or buy a good replacement for them.

This way we can have Skrtel, Babel, Lucas, Insua, Nemeth and some of the other reserve players on the bench, who will take over when Gerrard, Carragher, Kuyt, Hyypia, Finnan and Alonso get old.

Looks good, not sure about Abidal, havn't heard much about him lately. There's always Aurelio.

REDS TO START AT SUNDERLAND
Paul Eaton 16 June 2008

Liverpool will kick-off the 2008-09 Barclays Premier League campaign with an away trip to Roy Keane's Sunderland.
The game at the Stadium of Light will take place on August 16 when the Reds will be looking for a similar performance to the one which gave them a 2-0 victory in the corresponding fixture last season.

Middlesbrough are the first visitors to Anfield the following weekend with Manchester United arriving on Merseyside in mid-September.

The first derby of the season takes place at Goodison Park on September 27 with the Anfield fixture on January 17.

Our Boxing Day clash next season will be a home game with Bolton while we will also end the campaign at home when Juande Ramos' Tottenham will be the opponents.

Please note that all of these fixtures are subject to change for television purposes and/or police requests. It is envisaged that the first set of television fixtures will be confirmed on Thursday, 3rd July.
