as support i think you guys have more say.

im not trying to knock, i love when liver pool is on the top of their game, without the manc scouse rivalry at full flight there is no drive for the true old school english type players who live on rivalries and really its for the fans more than anything.

i being a manc supporter (mom is manc) im italian myself by majority, back to the point, they should have won a prem by NOW, or at leats come arguably closer than they have.

and really torres and gerrard are class, i love the gritty football, you guys and bolton are the only 1's who resemble the football league of old and i amend you for it.

god some united fans create such a bad reputation for the rest of us.

anyway rafa seems to make an awful lot of average signings. im sure some of you must feel the same, i no its only early days in the transfer window but so far two 26 year old defenders not exactly the most ambitious signings he could make. really needs more babels and torres (obviously torres is one in a million) who can add something different to the team if you are every really going to make a serious challenge

Unlike some teams, we don't seem to have an unlimited amount of money to spend on young and exciting talents.

we have bought some really below average players such as Diao, pellagrino, josemi, bruno cherou but hopefully the board can sort everthing out, and rafa can bring in more talent like babel and torres

We dont get alll the money but we dont need an awful lot...look at players like agger and skrtel. im sure alot of people had never heard of them but turned into great players. plus barry and bentley arent average.especially for our budget. we cant go out and spend 40m on a player or 100m whataver floats madrids boat

not saying bentley and barry are bad players but there not the kind of players who will add that much to the team. too be fair you probably have more money then you are making out considering how much you spent last year. i no its hard to bring in really talented players but there is no poiint wasting money on the likes of itandje and voronin just for the sake of buying someone, especially if they will only last a year

definetly have the making of a good squad and its mostly the back up that needs improving as well as a few starters, all im saying is rafa isnt going the right way about doing that. im sure if he tried he could easily sign silva or joauquin (spelling?) from valencia and either would be a great signing he just doesnt show a lot of ambition during the transfer window. long way to go yet tho n im sure he could prove me wrong this summer
