Exactly.

Maicon: Inter Are Snubbing Me & I Could Move On

The Brazilian international says the Nerazzurri are only focused on ‘Ibra’ and he is “tired of being neglected”.

Yesterday, Maicon’s agent roared that Inter are not giving enough attention to his client and maintained that the wing-back is weighing up offers from foreign clubs, something the player confirmed today.

“I am not a phenomenon, but I am not a player like any other,” Maicon explained to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

“Inter have been disregarding me for three years. Perhaps they are all worried about satisfying [Zlatan] Ibrahimovic. I am not jealous of him. He is a phenomenon and I don’t want to recall how many assists I have provided him with over the past years.

“That’s not the problem. It’s just that I am tired of being neglected.”

Ibrahimovic’s agent, Mino Raiola, is reportedly touting the Swedish striker to Spanish giants Barcelona, despite already being the top earner in Serie A with wages of €12 million per season.

Meanwhile, reports suggest that Real Madrid are tracking Maicon after splashing out for his compatriot Kaka.

“I said I would gladly stay at Inter to win the Champions League,” the 27-year-old continued. “As you can see, the good actions have all come from me. The Nerazzurri have kept silent and this behaviour hurts me.

“I have asked my agent, Antonio Caliendo, to do everything possible to give me back my happiness. I am seeking joy at Inter or at another club.

“I have seen a happy Kaka. He has moved from a great club to another. I want to feel the same happiness on my skin. Is that too much to ask?”
Want to be happy huh?....

I don't think Real Madrid will sign David Villa (look like chelsea there , & Valencia want more than 38 mil, they want 50 mil) or David Silva (new president put not for sale sign up)

What is with this Brazilian exodus from Italy. Maicon wants to leave, Pato is considering leaving, and Kaka has left. Happiness? You would have thought Maicon was watching Kaka's press conference. You can see that he did it to help Milan even though he will enjoy the new challenge.

EDIT: I can now see why Lippi said the exodus of foreign players is good.

Imo. Huntelaar would fit perfectly into a Galactico team. His is one of the best finishers in europe and maybe the world. His record for Madrid, Ajax and National are awesome.

Most of them sub appearances.

Some news:

http://www.defensacentral.com/real_m...y-avisa-a-Guti
  • All the reports they've gotten about Ronaldo emphasize his work ethic and professionalism when it comes to his football. (blah blah blah, sideline touch when being subbed off)
  • He wants 22 players that can go out there and do well, so if a position is covered by one person he isn't going to forgo it because it's blocked...they will get a fullback
  • He would like Negredo to stay but for that to happen they'd need to get rid of 2 or 3 strikers and some may not leave.
  • There are offers for Negredo so they will see, but it would be bad for his development if he was to be 3rd or 4th on the depth chart.
  • Higuain will have an important role in the team. He has grown a lot in a short period of time and is still developing as a player.
  • Signing Xabi is a complex venture. He is the type of player we want though.
  • Ruud and Robben's situations depend on the additions they make.
  • Nothing specific about Guti, but he said he will talk about the player and see where he is at. He wants players that are 100% committed.
I snooped around and found that Maicon only (yeah.. only) makes 2 million a year, Fabio Cannavaro made 7-8 iirc, surely we can get Maicon the raise he wants.

what's up with De La Red, he has been out since the time he collapsed in that cup match, Is he coming back or has he retired from clubs like he quit his international career.

Maicon can't accept such a low salary, Alves must make a lot more than that

Recent reports are positive, saying he could return in a couple of months, but he still hasn't been fully diagnosed yet, so there's a problem.

http://www.defensacentral.com/real_m...rentino-zidane

German tabloid Bild has Ribery signing for us, provided 2 out of van der Vaart/Sneijder/Robben are provided, which is too much imo.

From Goff:

Quote:
Ronaldo in America?

I'm hearing that superstar Cristiano Ronaldo is in the States to be examined by a Real Madrid doctor in Los Angeles today, the next step in his apparent move to the Spanish giants from Manchester United. One issue is a possible sports hernia injury, though it's not expected to prevent him from playing for Real in preseason friendlies against Toronto Aug. 7 and D.C. United two days later at FedEx Field. Why is he in L.A.? Like David Beckham, Ronaldo works with Creative Artists Agency, the sports and entertainment mega-management firm based in SoCal. He is also planning to take vacation in Miami. The transfer will cost Real an estimated $135 million over five years. (They acquired Kaka from AC Milan this week for $90 million-plus.) Ronaldo will earn $1 million per month (net earnings since Real takes care of the taxes).

I heard he was in the states, in LA which is weird because why would he go all the way to the states to get examined when doctors in Portugal can do it, so that might have some truth to it.

I personally think that he is going to transfer to Chivas USA. Thats why he is in LA. But to each his own I guess.

135mil? Unless its proven hell generate the club more than that, its absurd. I dont like him much and do not approve this hypothetical move though.
