I think Raul will play around 60, Marcelo will come in and play wing, and Higuain will pair up with el cazador up top, if we can get an early lead I Lass will get a rest too, he's been playing every minute since his transfer... to bad de la Red and Gago are out today, theres no other DM to fill his spot
Wow, srsly..Putting Higuaín there..I'd put Huntelaar and Higuaín up front and let Raúl play on the midfield.

Higuain can play outwide, last year as a sub he did it off the bench, Raul has dropped back deep and is playing a "playmaker" role so its more like a 4-5-1 at the moment

He may know how to play there, but that guy is in form he's great in finishing why not put him in front from the start?

I don't know ):

Actually I'll be rooting for Atletico to get any kind of positive result while using up all their energy vs. Barca so when we play them next week they'll be as soft as pudding.

Where's the game against Atletico? Bernabau or Caledron?

Good showing by the boys, Guti hopefully can work well as a subersub for the rest of the year and make an impact similar like that as the season goes on, Marcelo on the left = win, his assist to Raul looked a lot like the one v. Gijon.. 4 points (officially) now, time for Atletico to do us a favor

Pepe and Sneijder are out for the Atletico game due to accumulation, we could see.... Metzelder play ... or the *** combo (Heinze, Canna) or.... Sergio Ramos to play CB, Lass at RB and Gago as DM (unlikely)

Edit: Or bring in the young'n Miguel Torres

Great game by Atletico! 4 points behind. Reminds me of the 06-07 season!

BTW, all the Raul h8ers are eating their words. He is tearing it up with some goal of the month contenders. Great season. Breaking the great DiStefano's records and on a winning track. Win La Liga and he's set. One of the best, if not, the best Spanish players of all time.

Milan's Adriano Galliani Backs Florentino Perez To Become Real Madrid President

Galliani is being nice towards Florentino Perez and there could be some intriguing underlying reasons behind it...

2 Mar 2009 11:59:06

Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has heaped high praise on Florentino Perez and backed him to become president of Real Madrid once again. The Rossoneri chief insists any transfer deals between both the two clubs will be conducted properly, leading to speculation over Kaka's future.

Spanish news source Marca has always claimed that Real Madrid will rumble for the highly-coveted Brazilian, but Milan have always played hard ball. The Rossoneri refused a reported €100 million offer from Manchester City for Kaka in January, signalling their intent that they would not be moved.

However, it could be all change after Galliani spoke to the Spanish press over any potential deals in future.

"[Florentino] Perez is a great businessman and a good friend of mine, I hope he gets the Real Madrid presidency," Galliani told Marca Tv.

"Whatever [deal] happens between us will be done in harmony and with great esteem."

Galliani's statements have led to rife speculation in Iberia. Perez has already promised mega players if he regains control of the club, and Kaka could be one of them.
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Interesting article because as Goal.com points out, it raises speculation over a Kaka to Madrid move, Kaka was sort of shopped out to City during the January transfer window, and Florintino loves signing the big names with Ribery to Barca (maybe) and Ronaldo staying in Manchester (maybe) this potential deal gets a lot more interesting

Denapro, the 2 are friends. Milan is a "friend" club and always has been with Madrid. Milan are revamping and building a new team, gettin rid of old players and dead weight. I have afeeling that the rumors surrounding his intent to sell kaka maybe true. With the cash from the sale, they can build a brand new team, bring in 4 or 5 very good youngsters. + Florentino always delivers. He promised the unattainables (Figo, Beckham, Zizou, Ronaldo). He's a doer, period. He can bring in Jesus Christ to play a dm role if he wanted.

We have Lass as a solid DM, can Jesus play left back?

I know he's a doer, I'm not doubting his ability to grab whoever he wants, lalala he took Barca's captain from them, if something does happen I hope it occurs quick though, months of speculation get on my nerves

Lass is a beast. OK, lb

I am a member of the club and will be voting for Florentino if he runs, which most likely he will. Elections will take place in June unless they move it up which I doubt at this point. I expect him to have Kaka and Zidane a ssporting director at the time of his presentation. Marca.com ran a poll as did as.com. 80% of the people polled said they would vote for Florentino. Surprise.
