Was that the girl they interviewed outside the stadium?

I never thought Id be pulling for Ronaldo in my wildest dreams. I am still learning to accept him tbh. He's one of us now so I'll have to give him the benefit of the doubt. Kaka was a no brainer. Who doesn't like Kaka?

So, August can't come soon enough. Will be at the Real - Milan match with a good friend of mine. Depending where they open up on August 30 Ill be at that game as well. Even if I have to travel. Wifey can stay with my son and my cousins kids. It was easier talking her into it than I thought.

No worries. I have tons of pics but need to be scanned. Im curious how the travelling Milan fans will behave. Theyll be some there for sure in the 4th tier usually rteserved for away supporters. Ill make sure not to sit in the west side in case they decide to throw stuff

Considering they threw smoke bombs and firecrackers at the players/pitch during their most recent training session, I'm inclined to believe their attitudes and actions may be a bit: spicy, to say the least.

Yea they are still up in arms about kakas sale. I find it amazing how in the world of football there is such a drastic difference in philosophies between members, supporters, and board within the same club. What I find interesting too is how I personally have changed from the kid I was at 20 years old. When one is young one sees things through idealistic glasses. I'm not saying I agree with everything but my views have changed a great deal. These Milan fans need to understand that there's more to life and football thant heir subjective ideals

Explains the lack of excitement, the crowd was chanting kiss the badge, but I'm not sure if he did.

Does any one have a picture of the boots CR was wearing at the presentation?

The presentation beat the previous record for noisiest crowd in the Bernabeu.

MOMENTOS CON MÁS RUIDO EN EL SANTIAGO BERNABÉU:
1.- Presentación Cristiano Ronaldo (06/07/09): 119 decibelios (dB).
2.- Epaña - Turquía (28/03/09): 110 decibelios dB.
3.- Real Madrid - Real Zaragoza (14/02/06): 108 dB.
4.- Real Madrid - Real Mallorca (17/06/07): 107 dB.
5.- Real Madrid - Bayern de Múnich (20/02/07): 106 dB.
6.- Real Madrid - Barcelona (22/10/06) y Real Madrid - Espanyol (20/05/07): 105 dB.

Impressive.

From a neutral perspective, I'm not really sure how I'd classify that.

Impressive from the stand-point of overwhelming support on an unveiling of a new acquired talent, no doubt. However, it was louder than the loudest recorded live match, during an actual game?

That last fact wouldn't be something I'd be too happy about if I were a Real supporter.

I thought exactly the same, then learned that the records are young (started in either 05 or 06) and the numbers only represent a single moment, not a whole game. I think the decibel record was set when the crowd did the whole "1..2..3 Hala Madrid!" thing, when you're in the stadium it's much louder than you think, it does not get as loud as an English stadium when goals are scored (probably because what's said when goals are scored), but there is a constant loud murmur during a game.
