Yeah but you know how much friendlies count. We'll see if we can continue this into the season.
Can't wait till Sinclair and Cork join up with the squad. Hopefully they'll be back for Malaysia or Russia.

Yeah I'll admit that I'd never heard of him until we signed him but he did really well in the reserves last year. Looks like he'll be a good target man once he matures more.

I actually had planned to watch our reserves play spurs at Brisbane Road, home of the Orient as it is extremely close to me. I didn't go due to something getting in the way and was mainly gonna go to see what this player was like. He scored a hat-trick and supposedly a spectacular volley lol. Typical.

Tough luck.
I wish I could get to Stamford Bridge some day. Or England for that matter. Or Europe for that matter. Or out of the US for that matter.

I think the soccernet coorespondant wrote this:

ON THE MOVE
Outgoing: Didier Drogba (Inter) is almost sure to follow Jose Mourinho to Italy, although less assured is the future of Frank Lampard (Inter) who may also fancy a trip abroad. A summer clear-out looks set to rid the club of the likes of Shaun Wright-Phillips (Man City), Wayne Bridge (Newcastle), Steven Sidwell (Aston Villa), Andriy Shevchenko (AC Milan) and Tal Ben-Haim (Bolton).

Drogba isnt leaving, Lampard 100% staying, SIdwell correct (1), Bridge just signed a new contract, Sheva isnt going anywhere, SWP hasnt been linked anywhere, certainly not City, and why the **** would Bolton pay for a player they let leave for free one year ago.

Some coorespondant.

Shevchenko is staying:
Goal.com - AC Milan - Milan Admit Defeat Over Shevchenko

Manchester City signed Tal Ben-Haim:
Goal.com - Manchester City - Official: City Announce Ben Haim Signing

Malouda might stay and play better this time:
Goal.com - Chelsea - Scolari To Grant: You Wasted Malouda

Drogba is very likely to stay at Chelsea:
Goal.com - Chelsea - Drogba Not Looking To Move - Agent

Wayne bridge signed a new deal and is happy at chelsea :
Goal.com - Chelsea - Wayne Happy To Stay At The Bridge

Mourinho knows that it is very difficult to to take lampard away from Chelsea but is leaving the door open for Lampard :
Goal.com - Inter Milan - Inter Leave Door Open For Lampard However Chelsea is to offer Lampard a new deal:
Goal.com - Chelsea - Chelsea To Offer Lampard New Deal (99% staying?)
Even Fabio Capello said that Lampard should stay:
Goal.com - Chelsea - Capello: Lampard Should Stay

Makelele signed for PSG :
Goal.com - Paris Saint-Germain - Makelele: It Was The Right Time To Go

Big Phil wants SWP to stay :
Goal.com - Chelsea - Scolari Cools SWP Rumours

That means that Chelsea might keep:
Shevchenko,Lampard,SWP,Drogba,Wayne Bridge,Malouda.

And Steve Sidwell,Makelele,Tal Ben-Haim left Chelsea.

I just felt it was most asinine to even partially consider Bolton in the running for Ben Haim.

I cant be sure But I just assume it has never happened in football ever a club paying a transfer fee 1 year after the player leaves on a free.

well thats a shame, cant beat a discussion about all things Chelsea.

So Fan Day at the Bridge today all went well apparently both Bosingwa and Deco present. And from what I hear Bosingwa is slowly getting back to full fitness Forget wingers this season we dont need them with Ash and JB bombing forward, and Deco and Lamps running a mock in the middle of the park.

You won't manage to get a decent discussion going on here with a certain few mongs on this site lurking around trying to drop seeds of irritation in every Chelsea thread, in fact, dunno why I even bother.

Anyway, the youth system looks like it's coming on well - Stoch, Kakuta and Tejera look very promising.

Lot of quotes from Goal.com there only beleive the day and date that they publish. Most of the rumours are agents trying to get there client more money from the club they are at, hence using our club as a distraction

We can say it because for 60 minutes we had you pinned in big time. Fist half hour you could of put us to bed but after that we had you on the ropes Drogba hitting the post, Lamps off the bar etc but hey thats football, and our day will come.

How does everyone think Sahar will fare with Pompey? Lot of games?

Hopefully he'll be able to stick some in for them.

He'll be third or fourth string unfortunately. I may be wrong though. I hope I am as Sahar is one of my favorite players.

I hope he can get some decent Prem experience. It would be nothing but good for him, if he get some good time on the pitch. If he doesn't, I would have rather him stay.

You said you were Israeli right? Sahars already a fixture for their A team...that experience can only help him.

Sometimes thats good having gems from small nations...they get exposed to internationals much earlier.
