Did I say we required him? No. I said we should look into getting him back because the fact is we NEED reinforcements and have needed them since 2003/2004, that is fact.
How do you figure he is past it? You can't expect a player that hasn't played as a winger in more than 9 years to all of a sudden be able to revert back and perform the exact same as when he was playing CF. Don't be foolish. |

Clichy has been better than Abidal because he hasn't moved to a new country and started in a new league. You all just think a player should jump to a new team and perform as though nothing ever happened and going from Lique 1 to La Liga is a huge competition difference. |

I am not saying we NEED Abidal, but we were interested in him last summer until he joined Barcelona and he can contrubute to the team. |

The played as a team because they had to when he got injured, and since the players have matured and grown this would be more ideal than when he was there before. When Henry didn't have to be the star back in the days of Bergkamp, Kanu, Vieira, Cole, he was at his most productive. It would be foolish of anyone that calls themself an Arsenal supporter to not see this. Adebayor and Henry had a great chemistry and with Ade making vast improvements this could only benefit Arsenal in every possible way. Henry does not need to be the star of the team and he on numerous occasions has said that himself, but with the former Arsenal team he had to do what he had to do because to be honest the youngsters were not making plays and in some cases were a liability. Had it not been for our back four and Henry, we would not have made it to the Champions League final. There are so many reasons why Henry would make us a better team that they should be obvious to the trained football mind. |

Cesc was right - Arsenal are better off without Henry - Sportingo
^ Coming from your own player - now stop acting so childish. |

Childish! Right.
Cesc is one player and does not speak for the club. If you asked any one at Arsenal if they would take him back it would be a guarantee they would want him. You're posting an article from almost a year ago. If you are going to post something with any relevance, post something that didn't take place in September of 2007. Find one article in the last 6 months that says they wouldn't benefit from Henry joining. This was the second collaspe we have suffered in the last 5 seasons and at the end of each season the players always talk about wanting to do better blah blah blah, so do you honestly think that a rejoining Henry would not make Arsenal instantly better. No one is saying that Arsenal NEED Henry, I said they should make an offer for him since he will moer than likely be leaving Barcelona. Our attack consists of Adebayor, Van Injury, Bendtner, and Eduardo who will be out for the entire next season regardless of what Arsenal are saying he will be gone. Its a known fact that Adebayor have great chemistry and that chemistry was formed when Sheyi wasn't half the player he is now. Henry leaving Arsenal did wonders for the team, and if he were to return he would fit in perfectly since he would not need to carry the team on his back. if you don't agree oh well it is your opinion just as it is mine so there is no need wasting your breath trying to argue because you aren't changing my opinion just as I am not trying to change yours. |

Doesn't matter when it was said, fact is the rest of your team didn't feel as intimidated with him around after he left, they've all come out of their shells now, and seeing as Onree said it himself, i'm sure your opinion means alot... right? Not my words matey.

How? Your own players are saying they don't miss Henry, even Henry himself agrees with it.
So what they fell short at the final hurdle... that's purely down to fatigue, look how knackered out Adebayor and Fibreglass look, one thing Wenger got slated for which was not spending the money for replacments, he's been applauded for getting rid of Henry, much like Ferguson has when he got rid of Van Nistelrooy, Stam and Beckham and still kept the club going. |

Henry only replied to the article because he was name dropped in Cescs interview. It's classic journalism. One interviewer gets an interveiw and then another interviewer gets an interview with the player who have previous ties. Applauded, wrong. Wenger didn't get rid of Henry, Henry wanted to leave. If Arsene had gotten rid of him then he would not have tried to talk him out of going prior to the start of the current campaign. There is a huge difference with Wenger and Fergie because Fergie will bring in talent that can replace what was lost, where as Wenger brings in eventual talent to replace what was lost. If you hadn't noticed, once Barcas season started to derail and with our own season faltering, the Henry back to Arsenal links started to surface again and Arsene himself even said he would welcome him back but due to his regular convos with Henry he knows that he won't come back to the UK. By the way, why do you insist on arguing with each and every post I enter? Do you know have somethign better to do than track me from thread to thread and respond to me even when I am talking to someone who isn't you. Are you president of my fanclub or something? |

Right completely ignored it, you're so far up yer own ar5e fella it's beyond being in love with yourself. I've given you perfectly valid reasons why Arsenal don't need Henry and you continue to act like a khunt.
Even as a yank, amazing just how smug, arrogant and pathetic you are compared to the proper Arsenal fans here in the UK, well done, you trying to prove something fella? You're doing a fine job, i'm sure the rest of the Ar5e fanbase will be proud of you. |

I cant see Henry re-joining Arsenal. Henry did what he could for Arsenal but I dont think I can ever see him in an Arsenal kit again. If Henry comes back it will delay players like Eduardo, Bendtner's improvement growths. I would rather see Ibrahmovic sign than Henry because he's been consistant in Serie A, I know we cant predict how he would perform in the premier league but I have a feeling he would do well. Again, I feel gutted at the moment where Arsene said no to Villa because he would be IMO my dream signing.

Gattuso has said he would be interested to a move to the Premiershilp which could mean he will replace Flamini for us and i dont think we need a big name striker a striker but not big name like Saviola
