Be happy if we got a goal to be honest with you, with Arshavin boostin' our attack options and VP still playin at the top of his game, be glad to see a few go in from tha both this weekend

Eduardo
Thursday, February 26, 2009
After making a goal-scoring return to the Arsenal first team on February 16, Eduardo suffered a hamstring injury. However he could return on March 8 in the FA Cup. Eduardo (9) player profile" href="http://www.arsenal.com/first-team/players/eduardo">Eduardo could be available for Burnley," confirmed Arsène Wenger to Arsenal TV Online.

Abou Diaby
Thursday, February 26, 2009
Abou will miss the Fulham game after sustaining a calf injury against Roma. "I rushed Diaby back a little bit because he had only one or two days with the team training and I felt on the day we needed him in central midfield against Roma," said Wenger. "But the good side of it is that there doesn't seem to be any major damage so, if not for Saturday, he will be available for Tuesday [against West Brom].

Emmanuel Adebayor
Thursday, February 26, 2009
Adebayor was stretchered off during Arsenal's North London derby draw with a hamstring injury but, according to Wenger, he could return for the second leg of our Champions League tie in Rome..

Tomas Rosicky
Thursday, February 19, 2009
Tomas continues his rehabilitation after injury. On February 19, Wenger revealed that the midfielder is three to four weeks away from a return.

Cesc Fabregas
Tuesday, February 24, 2009
Speaking to Arsenal TV Online ahead of the first leg against Roma, Wenger confirmed that Cesc would miss both legs of our Champions League tie but should be back soon after the second leg.

Theo Walcott
Thursday, February 26, 2009
Theo will resume full training on Monday, March 2 and should be fit for first-team action soon. "It's difficult because we have to integrate Walcott into full training and we have to see how he responds with his shoulder," said Wenger. "For him it is no injury problem, it is just getting used to playing again

Mikael Silvestre
Monday, February 23, 2009
Wenger revealed that Mikael has suffered a setback in his recovery from a calf injury. He missed the first leg of Arsenal's Champions League clash with Roma and will not face Fulham either.

Ah ye standard, but for him to come if for an important match paid off at the end of the day, we didn't seem as fluid once Song came on. Let's just hope we can rely on Song and Denilson to cover for Fulham

should be alright, hopefully we line up like this in midfield

---Eboue------Nasri--------Denilson-----Arshavin

id rather see Eboue on the pitch than going more defensive by having Song and Denilson in the CM positions

Diaby
I've never understood why Song starts ahead of him alot of the time.

i dont really like him much either but when Song is on the pitch the game is slowed down quite abit plus if Eboue doesnt start then Nasri will surely be out wide, he is a quality player in the middle

Edit: i would even mind seeing Ramsey in the middle vs Fulham so something like this

--Arshavin----Ramsey-----Denilson-----Nasri--

The midfield line-up agianst Fulham should be: Arshavin---Nasri---Denilson/Song---Vela. Eboue just doesn't cut it for me.....he always finds a way to disappoint the fans with his stupid antics

Ye Arise has always been one to want Nasri to be played more in a central attackin' role, just a shame we aint got that many natural wide attackin' players. Thinkin' bout it I'd rather..

- Arshavin -- Nasri -- Denilson -- Vela -

..to be played against Fulham, can't see Panstil givin' Vela too many problems

Lol.....that should honestly be the line up. We haven't actually scored a goal in open play in the last 4 EPL games - so disappointing

I most definitely think that Samir in a free role is a lot more dangerous even if it soften our middle somewhat. I would rather see Arsene use the 4-5-1 or a 4-3-1-2 much like Juventus.

Vela---------------Denilson---------------Arshavin

Nasri

Bendtner---------------Van Persie

Having him in the free role would allow us to exploit his creativeness while still maintaining a solid middle with Denilson, but I think the 4-5-1 would still be our best formation even when Cesc and Theo come back. Imagine:

Sagna---------------Gallas---------------Toure---------------Clichy

Fabregas---------------Denilson

Arshavin/Walcott------------------------------Van Persie
Nasri/Arshavin

Adebayor/Bendtner

I haven't ever seen Fabregas as our attacking midfielder, but he's the best we have in terms of passing range, however now that we have someone to compliment Nasri I think we should unleash Nasri by pairing him with Arshavin in attack mode. Having Robin in the form of his life and out at left forward would be lethal seeing as there isn't a RB in the EPL that can contain him right now. I think Fabregas and Denilson in holding/linking roles is just what we need even though Denilson is a natural attacker, but I think he is embracing his role.

-Arshavin-----Diaby-----Denilson----Bendtner (Vela)

Would be my midfield (with Nasri playing behind RVP). I don't think we should separate the midfield partnership of Denilson and Diaby as they both had great games against Roma and we need Diaby to add that extra spark going forward.

In my opinion Bendtner had a great game against Roma excluding his embarrassing misses, he found himself in many decent goal-scoring positions throughout the game. If he is having a bad game though i would sub him off early for Vela.
