I am have no problem with players jumping clubs and I don't slight a player for wanting to go to another club. I just think sayign things like Tottenham are my heart should be kept silent when he woudl just as easily said 'X' is my heart just because he signed a deal for them.

The only reason I wouldn't want him back at Arsenal is because of the immature way he handled being sold. From a sporting standopoint I would take him because beause he is a decent player, but because of those crass remarks that is the only reason I wouldn't want him.

I don’t really know a lot about the bloke or why he said that. He obviously dislikes Arsenal. He’s from Peterborough which isn’t really Tottenham’s ‘manor’, so I couldn’t tell you what his history with Tottenham is.

Same goes for Robbie Keane, all this about him being a Liverpool fan as a boy, I don’t buy that. It’s been rumoured that he used to be a Celtic fan as a boy (as most Irish probably are) and there was even a video of him in a bar having a beer and singing Celtic songs when they won the League.

Well according to rumors from around the time Arsene first loaned him out, he felt he was good enough to be in the team and Arsene said he still needed to improve so he took that personal and then after he was sold he started to bad mouth the club and Arsene.

I do remember him saying he loved Arsenal and has always liked them, and now he is saying he loves Tottenham after never having anything to do with them.

I do recall seeing Keane wearing a Celtic shirt on a couple occasions and I did see the quote were he said he has always followed and supported Liverpool. I also remember him saying the same thing about Inter Milan when he left the UK to go join then for a short while.

I am glad that Adebayor finally made up his mind, but god forbid if we are paying him £100,000 per week.

I wonder who Arsene is talking about for the next and final signing? Says it has to be a 'quality' player so that means talent and experience. Would be nice to make the £15M bid for Xabi Alonso because if we went after him Rafa would jump at that money so that he could land Gareth Barry to partner Steven.

Well it would be hard for him to join Arsenal in a million years considering he would be dead just as anyone currently alive would be dead.

On the serious side, Rafa has already said that he would entertain selling Xabi if his evaluation was met, but the problem is that no one is paying the £15M Liverpool are asking, just as Liverpool aren't paying the £18M that Aston Villa are asking for Barry.

Xabi is not as dead set on Liverpool as you might think he is, just as Rafa isn't as dead set on Xabi as he is on Barry considering the close friendship that he and Gerrard share.

Personally I would like to see Debuchy, or Veloso join, but Miguel is being priced too high at the moment.

We are supposedly tracking Gohkan Inler also, but I know nothing about him.

Do you know this for a fact or are you speculating.

Assuming it's the latter of the two, god damn Some of the **** people come up with. How do you know Xabi doesn't want to be at Liverpool? He's said he wants to be with us MANY times.

Also, that yellow kit isn't as bad as I first thought, looked pretty nice against whoever you guys played recently.

I don't know if it is fact or speculation because I can only go by the articles I read on certain websites. Back when he was supposed to go to Juventus he was anxious to leave Liverpool and said it would present a fresh new challenge. After the issue with the Barry transfer, Rafa still said he would accept a £15M bid for Xabi and that was last week or the week before.

There is no hidden secret of Rafa's admiration of Barry and the fact that Steven and him are close friends. This isn't the first time that Xabi has been rumored to be leaving Liverpool, but this is the closest he has been to exiting.

We aren't officially linked to Xabi, but we are linked to Gareth Barry so if Liverpool don't go after him then you can assume we will since he would fit into our scheme of a versatile player that can fill a number of positions.

He may have said he wants to be with you many times, but it isn't his choice on whether he stays or not, its Rafa's call and Rafa clearly is open to him leaving as much as staying.
