Well it is only the friendlies at the moment and I doubt Fabregas and Toure are gonna go over (but never say never). Though most of them will be making appearances throughout the season! You'll see Vela, Bendtner, Clichy, Sagna, Almunia, Ramsey, Wilshire.. and plenty of others, so chill
Payin' 40 'bucks' to watch Stuttgart lose anyways

Bischoff has joined officially. This must be the midfielder Arsene was referring to?

Not sure I understand what kind of formation is playing in. That got a normal back 4 line, but then they have
Denilson Eboue Walcott Nasri van Persie and then Adebayor. I think it may be something like a 4-2-3-1, with Denilson and Eboue holding the middle (although Eboue seems to be wandering) and then Nasri on the left, RVP in the middle, and Walcott on the right.

wilshire has looked pretty impressive in the last two games. this kid might have a shot...not this year, but in a few.
Nasri had some moments that looked nice...vela i;m liking a lot! i missed most of the first half and didn;t see any of RVP and Ade...but clichy still impresses every game, its rediculous

If you noticed he is replacing what was lost, but with players that are more versatile. I can still see us signing a true holder, but I still think Diaby and Denilson are in line to be starting with Cesc. |

He is 16. He is a brilliant player, but the most time he will see is possibly Carling Cup games, and maybe a game at the end of the season if Arsenal is out of the running for the title (or have already wrapped it up).
I think he will be a great footballer one day, but it will still be another 2-3 years before he starts showing up regularly in the Arsenal first team.

The game last night wasn't bad until half time, but you could tell that both teams had hard weeks of training behind them. Many players, especially the ones that played in the EURO, didn't look in shape.
In the second half, both teams substituted their 2nd and 3rd string players in, and the game became worse and worse. The two reasons Arsenal won are 1. Arsenal has the better bench. 2. Stuttgart had Lehmann. P.S.: Nasri looked preety good. Congrats for getting him. |
