It will prob be like this for Barca,

Messi--------Eto'o-------Bojan/Henry
--------Xavi-------Iniesta-----------
-------------Yaya-------------------
Abidal---Milito---Marquez---Zambrotta

Ronnie is out for the rest of the season, and Puyol is banned for the first leg. I think Deco is injured right now, nursing a week-to-week injury, correct me if I'm wrong.
It's great news that Puyol is banned first leg, he's far by their best defender and hopefully it will cost them an away goal or two. Hopefully Vidic should be back playing, so our defensive line will be strong, Neville might even take right back again, or we might stick with Brown.

It might well come down to who has the better defence, as both clubs have brilliant firepower going forward. And for defence, I'd put us as favourites.

i would guess he will stick wit brown, gary really isnt match fit cant be thrown into such a big game. with vidic bck for those two games i can see barca having a tough time breaking us down n with puyol out we have excellent chance for a few away goals

Thru to the semis (i know am late). Good gol from Tevez. Team played well. Very good football. Park or Hargreaves for me was man of the match. Good win team. Another lost for roma. Looking for a thriller btwn ManU and Barca. Good ronaldo got rested. He has been playing alot. Nice to see Neville back. Dont think he will be starting anytime soon though. He might be come on as a sub.

It was a good win. but man utd should of put roma away in the first half with all those half chances. when roma got the penalty i was like oh no not again. But man utd played well. BRING ON ARSENAL on the weekend. and Barca.

I think all this fuss about barca being a good team is not true. They have great players but they don't play as a team and there is something going on in the dressing room that is very negative. their midfield and forwards are not linking up very well.

Legend:

Good to see him back. 13 months is a long time. Listen up Capello, hes our right back!

Nice that he got the armband of Rio when he came on. His 2nd touch was a fou, typical!

LOFL - wouldn't matter anyway, we have Grunt in charge...

Hopefully Cech gets back swiftly, otherwise we're stuffed, both in Europe an the league. Carlos prone to make mistakes an Hilario (Decenlalala choice tbh) is very rusty an isn't very reliable (An I don't blame him).

I think Man Utd V Barca is going to be a good game, I just hope the media don't overhype it like they normally do when big guns meet and then the game fails to live upto everyones expectations

Well it shoudln't. Look at the strikers likely to play: United front 4: Giggs, Tevez, Rooney, Ronaldo. Barca: Eto'o, Henry, Bojan. Giovanni could play there as well.

I reckon United can beat them. They create chances for other teams with a sometimes dodgy defence. And without Puyol for the first leg, who knows?

man utd's team work is at a different class compare to barca's. We might not have the better team sheet but we work alot better as a team. Barca doesn't know how to play as a team. We would tear them apart. they've had a pretty easy route to the semi's imo. Lyon is the only team they played really well against, other than that celtic, stuggart, rangers and schalke were all relatively easy teams, which all of them had way too much respect for barcalona, barca won the tie before they even kicked a ball because of their team sheet. thats why barcalona is not doing well in the la liga because people know how unsettled they really are

And in la Liga the teams arn;t just letting Barca walk all over them. They are giving it a go and often this season have caused 'upsets'. Thats why I'm confident to see our team going to play in our first final in 9 years, 50 years on the Munich disaster
