How can you say that they aren't winning convincingly when we aren't even winning?

can't believe this guy doesn't get ****....omg you need some help!

MANure are not winning convincly and are not playing their best, anymore performances like this and they could find themselves on the other foot as easily as they find themselves winning these games. Arsenal on the other hand are playing well, but chances are not being taken, but we are playing better than MANure!

We should have beaten Middlesbrough 2-0 today and we didn't exactly play bad. MANUre should have thrashed Derby.

^^ How are we stupid? are you blind not to see United are obviously in position to win the majority of their games, while Arsenal have drawn their 4th successive match in the EPL.

Arsenal are not the club with an advantage in the EPL, Man Utd are.

Yeh, but it is not over yet, so no one knows what can happen, who knows maybe Chelsea will win it, the fact remains we are still in the title race and still have a chance to win it, yes MANU do have an advantage at the moment, but there are enough games for the top three to win the title.

It is not over yet, remember that!

Fulham was an easy game for you lot, we would have beaten them 3-0 the way they played in that game. We also would have beaten Derby today, 2-0 I would say. Middlesbrough got lucky today, a lucky point for them. I hope Middlesbrough are still MANU's bogey team. Bolton up next for you not an easy game.

Are you seriously that naive? Man Utd won't blow this lead, please don't turn into a 06/07 chelsea fan

I love all this "Man Utd have the advantage now" bollox.

Balls in our court - forget Grant for a second:

We're 4 points off Arsenal with a game in hand, 3 off Man Utd, we have both Arsenal an Mancs come to Stamford Bridge whilst BOTH Ar5e an MU have to play:

1) Each other
2) Liverpool
3) Us away.

Providing results go our way in those fixtures, that'd knock about 8 out the remaining 24 points left off them each... i'll only start believing it if we do Spurs in mid-week though, such an important fixture now.

You still think Chelsea have a chance?

Don't know how you came off block

But yes, call me optimistic, an i've lost all my confidence in Grant, but we're the sort of team Utd an Arsenal hate facing, an we have a game in hand, meaning we'd go a point behind Arsenal if we win it...

That Sunday we'll then play Arsenal at our ground - win that an we're 2nd with Utd just 3 above us - an even if we don't beat both, they still have to play each other as well as Liverpool, who could do us a favour. They wouldn't mind turning Utd over for us if it meant we eventually won the league.

Grant bottled the CC Final an the FA 6th round though... all depends how he can handle this sort of position now.

Oh I'm not soo bad Foreverblue

Anyways, Grant + Current players dip in form, I just don't see Chelsea mounting a descent challenge at Man Utd and Arsenal. Right now Man Utd have the advantage, they're nearly full strength, with Arsenal still having players off form, especially RVP today who was just, yeah.

I think the best Chelsea can do is Second, I do not see the 1st place club (Man Utd) giving up with 8 games left.

EDIT: As long as Liverpool are eliminated next round, Chelsea always have a chance at the CL

We have an advantage with players back from injury too, alot fresher than both of those teams, especially Arsenal, you can see Fabregas an Adebayor look burnt out after playing their hearts out so far this season.

As for the CL, different story this time round, if we do get Lpool, we are home 2nd leg, although it won't be Jose who gets the last laugh at Rafa, it'll be Grant (Who'd more than likely lalalala it up)

I think Anderson needs to be more relaxed and confident. He didnt seem so at all today. He gave the ball away alot.

Why are people saying we are not winning convincingly? just because we don't put 3-4 goals pass a team doesn't mean we are not winning convincingly. This shows we are unlucky not scoring 3-4 goals. in the portsmouth game we had heaps of chances same with the derby game. We are still dominating the game just a small hiccup with the last pass. nothing to worry about.

Something tells me Arsenal will still win it, i mean they losing by goal difference.. and even though man u has a game in hand, they can still do it. But if Arsenal lose anymore ground on man u they're done for.

next weekend is judgement day. i think the title will be decided next weekend even before man utd vs arsenal. Man Utd vs liverpool and arsenal vs chelsea. IF man utd beat liverpool and chelsea beat arsenal. Then man utd would be top and chelsea 2nd and arsenal 3rd. i could really see that happening. Now man utd have a buffer if we win our game in mid week we can have a lost up our sleeve and arsenal is under even more pressure. (not that they are not under enough pressure already with their attackers failing to score once again

The match against Derby could have slipped away so easily, that is the problem mate!

i think foster played well after his nervous start... he kick is amazing... but still have to learn a little bit more with ball control... man utd dominated the game but like against portsmouth failed to take many many chances but still got that 1 important goal so im happy

I noticed foster was very nervous when he got back passes. He do needs to learn to control the ball and jus relax. He needs a lil more support from the back 4. I guess when Rio comes back in, he will do so.

actually the funny thing is the defenders keep passing the ball back to foster's right foot when he is actually left footed maybe they are just used to passing the ball back to van der saar.
