so not much of an advantage for barcelona. also chelsea will be just as tired because they have to play man utd in between a 2 leg tie against liverpool/arsenal...
I refuse to talk of Semi finals until we have actually beaten Roma.

No real point in speculating, but I think our performance in Rome will be much better this year, just as Roma will be better at Old Trafford this time round... Although I hope not

Doubt it. Roma will be up for it. I think you will go through, but it is not going to be 7-1 again.

You all know i'm not one of those Liverpool fans that does anything to write off man united. But I geniunly think Roma might win this one over the 2 legs. If they can take the lead in the first leg they'll be a real contender. It all depends on how Tottis playing. (which is usually magnificant)

The problem is roma is they only have totti. The only problem with totti is he doesn't perform outside of serie A not in champions league not for italy. But anything can happen in football i guess. but i don't see roma being a big threat

If you don't see them as a big threat then you know squat about the Champions League and football in general Fair enough if you think we'll stuff Derby today, but we're talking about one of the strongest teams in Europe here. I'm quite sure Roma will make things difficult for us.

Why'd you even bother? That's coming from the fella who just said Makelele can't play football an goes by statistics living smack bang on the otherside of the world to England.

An whilst i'm here, Derby to win 2-1 - you heard it here first.

sure derby will beat us. Then we'll roll over and die and Fergie will go
Decent Champions League draw. It won't be 7-1 again allthough I was going on about it in school yesterday
Don't talk about the semis although I suspect if we go through we will likely meet Barca.
Against Roma we have the away game 1st, so if we score in Rome, like last time, I see us going through. After this we will have played them 6 times in a year Can't say we don't know eachother

A little nervous?

I'm giddy. It's also nice to see that Derby still have good support and filling up the stadium, even if it's United visiting.

0-0. carrick on for scholes
saha on for park.
I think Saha is up front with Rooney and Ronaldo is on the right.
