Shuuuuuuuurrrup!

If we hadnt had our injuries/suspensions/int duty we would be 6 pts better off imo, probably more
If we didn't keep letting in late goals we'd be 11 points better off Also the injuries we had at the start of the season aswell, every team gets an injury crisis/suspensions jsut the way it goes during a season.

Chelsea dont...well, theyve had a couple in the last couple of weeks but only to 2-3 players or so which have been short term

Bridge, Robben, Drogba all had long injuries, but I think thats about it, maybe next season they'll have lots and we'll all have none

injuries and suspensions are not excuses for lost title...

if the suspensions are excuse then Man U should blame Rooney for his bad temper and he is not still changing it as we saw against Ac Milan at Trafford, not sure 100% i think it was about throw in decision.

Injuries? bad luck if "your" team has injuries, i think Man U had less inuries than Arsenal but nor Man and Arsenal is excuse, even goalkeeper both teams (Arsenal and Man U) knew it they need new keeper and in January what happened? No one bought keeper, i know Caroll made the mistake, but for that i blame Managment as same with Arsenal because this is knock-out stage and no mistakes like in group stages when Howard made but then later fixed, now may be its too late...

last season was Ferdinand excuse, now injuries, what will be next season...
i think this summer its time to buy buck up so there's no reason injuries and suspensions

Injuries wasn't the reason. We have a very strong squad as it is anyway. SAF should have taken in Wayne Rooney much earlier.

well, you looked at last season ,when ferdinand wasnt in defence our defence was poor and conceeded too many goals, but when he came back we tightned up...that wasnt an excuse, it was just said last season that because ferdinand wasnt in defence we conceeded more goals which was fact, no excuses as we should be able to manage without one defender

s for buying keepers, (not sure who you support) but we did need one yet even though we have money we didnt have as much as usual due to the rooney transfer which we still need to pay off

Hey, I only backed you up I said that injuries wasn't the reason we only got a draw yesterday.. we didn't even have serious injuries, we had most of our best players anyway.

There wasn't any excuses for the draw against Palace, V. Nistelrooy missed from 12 yards and 3 yards, just hope he doesn't do a repeat performance at Milan

Yeah, you could tell from that miss that he is not in his best form (which you can understand since he just came back from a long injury)

when he is in Ruud-form, he scores 10/10 in that situation

Robbens been out twice, Drogba has been getting injuries all season, Bridge is out for 10 months and returns in December and Scott Parker has been out since Decemeber.

Some injuries can really have an impact on teams.

If Man Utd had Van Nistelrooy for the majority of this season, im sure they'd be doing alot better... still behind us though

Robben is a major difference maker for us and we haven't done so well.

Since he got injured, we've played 6 games.

3 wins, 2 Draws and 1 loss.

When Robbens played for us, we've only lost once and have scored over 40 goals.

Now Van Nistelrooy is back for Man Utd and Robbens back for Chelsea, i have a good feeling that the English teams will hit back and go through to the next round of the UCL.

If we've had a healthy Ruud all season, I think we would be in top by now, but he wasn't so.. It still isn't over though

They could do... Arsenal could put on a vintage performance and hammer Bayern 5-0.

Chelsea looked odd favourites with a 3-1 win over Barca a few years ago and and yet we lost 5-1 in the second leg.

It might be unlikely, but its possible.

Last year Deportivo lost 4-1 at the San Siro to Ac Milan, and then hammered them 4-0 at home to go through!

He'd do well to score past Torquay on his current form

Hopefully he can get himself a bit sharper for the match I want Chelsea, Liverpool and Man United to go through, although woudln't be upset if Chelsea didn't .
