Default Mourinho's Next Destination

Personally I feel he will sit out until after either Portugal fail to make EUros or after EUros. Either way, Scolari will be gone, and Jose will take over.

Im still crushed

Love or hate him, he's a great "character" for the Premier League not to mention coach. I'd like to see him stay but he probably might feel "bigger" than anything beneath Chelsea (pretty much everyone but the Big Three)

I see him going to Spain.

Personally I'd find it interesting to see what Mourinho could do with worse material.

I know he made Porto successful, but at least Porto were the best team in their own country, and tbh when they won the Champions League the usual top teams had something of an off year. In any case, Porto were a winning team, Spurs isn't, and there's the difference.

He said he wants a challenge and Spurs would give him that

But perhaps it’s a poison chalice and he knows it?

How many other managers have been at Tottenham and despite having millions to spend have won nothing?

It’s the kind of job that can end the speculation about a managers merits, can make or break him if you like.

he is done with england, he will probably sign into the portugal FA, and than take up under scolari, porto is always a possibility.

with scolaris disciplinary troubles he may have had a reason for steeping away from Chelsea, if he wishes to manage his countries team, and has inside information.(which he does)

I think he'll be waiting for the Portugal national team job. Or, maybe he could return to Porto...

I wouldn't mind seeing him with spurs, he could build them up, granted it would take a lot of work but it could happen.

1) I really think Mourinho would rather coach a league 2 team before he coached Spurs or any other Prem team.

2) Since Scolari is in the lalalala now, I think Mourinho might be aiming for a job at Portugal.

3) He did say one day that he'd like to manage an MLS team. Though I really don't think that's gonna happen.
