Saw some of the people on my friends list playing it earlier, dont know if they got it through Pre-Order or other means... Might've been legal though, seeing as it was the same day that Gamestation sent me the email that my package was on it's way.

Not sure with Collection. What they should do is add it to the numbers they need to buy in initially, get it in their first order, and hold on to as many Pre-orders as they have until you go to collect. Basically, they hold it behind the counter for you.
However, when i pre-ordered they said that you were only "a definite" in time for release day if you pre-ordered before the 8th.

- Ah, you already ordered it, in that case - fingers crossed!

If you have pre-ordered it you are a promised a copy to pick up within 48 hours, thats how my local GAME store works anyways.

Havent decided wether to pick my copy up at midnight monday or just wait for tuesday morning, booked a day off work on tuesday too!

I done it with Asda. I can see it be it cheaper than Game. Game and Gamestation seem to compete against themselves, then in the end have the same price i.e. expensive

Don't think I'll do the midnight thing, I've always found that incredibly sad.

Same, I know someone who has a count down to the game release on their iPod and I thought I was sad.

The demand isn't anyway near what it is in the US or UK... It usually gets taken off the shelves pretty quick, but they always have extra copies in the back. And if it is sold out for some reason there is always another game shop nearby...

I have pre ordered it this time around though since I am away until tuesday afternoon and I decided to just pick it up at the postal office on the way home

. I fear for the PC Players(Glad I'm not one) but am glad to see most of them will probably make up a large part of Bad Company 2's Player Population.

Edit: Though I have to say, in that video of MW2, it looks the best I've seen so far.

May tell someone to get it for me for Christmas or something.

But BC2 just looks incredible.

I think the Battlefield series has always been better than COD in terms of realism. It has a better sense of a whole army battling it out over a landscape, but for me, COD beats BC2 as a console shooter.

I'll probably be getting both too, but COD is going to take priority.

Definitely, what kind of real life scenario sees two enemies of 6 fighting at close quarters with virtually nothing to gain, it's still superb though

36,000 people online yet I can't get into a match.

Good game all round although I am stuck on the 4th mission as I keep getting shot at from all directions.
