Most Wanted 2 = Undercover, sadly. MW was awesome and It would've been nice if MW2 was nice too...but as you see they didnt even care about completing it.

Personally they should keep the team divided into 3 next year and do Hot Pursuit 3 and Underground 3.

Please don't say that!!!

MW was organized, you knew the end objective at the beginning of the game, it was extremely well put together. Undercover is about the most aimless NFS game to date. I mean come-on you can beat the game without even completing all the races. What's up with that??? Then after the game is "completed" and you've "won" you can go back and continue to level up by winning unfinished races. I mean seriously what IS up with that?

This is the problem, we don't need a bunch of NEW idea's for NFS. Take any one of the classic games, make a near duplicate with the latest (stable) graphics engine and you have an instant hit. It's the NEW and improved idea's that has taken NFS from being the best down the slippery slop to being just average. If It's Not Broken Don't Fix It.

I shouldn't have to tell programmers how to make a half way decent game. Put it this way, I'm willing to put down hard earned money on a game that's good. I'm hoping the EA team get's things sorted and comes to the realization that the answer to their continued success is right under their nose. Most old time NFS players enjoy the classics the most but would like to see those exact same games with the latest graphics engine.

Am I wrong?

Btw,... I totally 100% agree with you about making a Hot Pursuit 3 and Underground 3. They can basically leave the game the same and use the latest graphics engine and walla,... you have an instant hit!!!!

Completely agree, and sorry if you misunderstood. With Undercover they were aiming to make a Most Wanted 2, but failed sadly, as I've said it. It doesn't deserve to be a Most Wanted 2 in my opinion, but that's what they did....

Once again, I completely agree with what you said, they need to stop worrying about new ideas, since they backfired twice already. They just need to, in my humble opinion, keep the team divided into two, and make one team work on a classic old school NFS game, say Hot Pursuit 3, and the other on a street ricing game, Underground 3 or Most Wanted 2 (which is unlikely since, in their minds Undercover = MW2. - also the reason why i said Underground 3 in my previous post). It's as simple as that.
