NFS5 Halp!

Hello all I installed NFS: Porsche Unleashed/Porsche 2000 (NFS 5) and have a little problem. While playing the game, it sometimes crashes into windows! This happens usualy when I hit a wall with my car at high speed. Is there a way to fix this? Oh and could EA please release PLEASE RELEASE updates for TNFS, TNFS:SE, NFS2, NFS2:SE, NFS3, NFS4, and NFS5 so they could work under windows XP/Vista? I've went trough a lot of trouble managing the old ones to work, and sadly I have to format my windows, reinstall it due to some problems...and I'd really hate it if i had to go trough all that trouble managing them to run on XP again.

PS I'm not the only one, look at videos on youtube. (NFS1, NFS2 mostly) and see how many fans are there that cant manage them to run.
