Need for speed (s)

hi,
first question - how do i get need for speed undercover to work on my pc because i know i dont have 1 of the system requirements , the processor is not 3.2ghz , but a new computer with all the requirements costs around £2000 as far as i can see. Help please?

second - need or speed carbon online - did i miss it or something
i cannot get online racing at all even though i have all of the system requirements.patches and the collectors edition as well as the normal version. I really want to play it online because i have seen some of the leading times and i have already beaten them on my game .
more help please?
