Hopefully it's not too late for this, here are my 2 cents related to online gaming:
- Cheating bug: you all know what I'm talking about, we are at the point where about 70% of the players know how to quit without losing points. - Dribbling too easy for forwards: it seems to me that top players with good form can dribble top defenders too easily, even in tight spaces, with simple "normal" joypad movements. In real football a successful dribbling is much rarer than a failed one. - Goallies sometimes fall asleep: I read a bunch of people complain about this, and I agree with them. In particular, there is NO WAY that even a tall forward can beat the keeper on high, slow crosses near the goal. Some goals from very tight corners are also extremely rare in football, and tto likely to happen in FIFA 10. - Lag: during online gaming there seems to be much more lag compared to FIFA 09. Also, players seem less reactive when they just receive the ball. - Players with ball should be a little slower when sprinting: in real football, when at full speed, players with the ball cannot be as fast as players without it, as they have to "adjust" their run every now and then to control the ball. In FIFA 10 a player sprinting with the ball (right joypad lever engaged) seems to be as fast as the defender who doesn't have the ball. I think this is an important point. - Throw in near the box: When the attacking team wins a throw in near the box, the chances of scoring are too high: a lot of players throw the ball in to the forward, who easily finds space in the box and shoots. That happens very rarely in real football. Something should be changed here, probably the way the defense is placed on the pitch, there should be more defenders in the box. This is all I can think of right now, please add your opinions! Last edited by SigGrieves; 01-11-2009 at 07:12 PM.. |
