Default Does anyone remember Theme Hospital!?

I was going through all my old games today.. and my god i found Theme Hospital..
After trying to find the Bullfrog website to see what the guys were up to today i found out it'd been bought out by EA.

Did anyone else love that game and spend hours trying to complete it?
I dont think i actually ever did complete it!

It'd be ace if they brought an up to date game version of it out or something..
or maybe i'm just on my own on that one!
Might have to boot up the old PC and have a go on it tonight

I came across it the other day digging through some old discs and I remembered the first time I ever played that game. Brilliant, brilliant game. I never played it when it first came out (I'm not sure whether we even owned a computer) but I'm sure hours of my life were put into that game.

I'd love for another one to be released, but EA have stopped making good games now, so I doubt it would be of the same quality as the first one.

I remember spending a lot of time playing it, years ago now, but even then it must have been long time after it was released because the version I have is a repackaged £5 bargain PC games type release.

The other day I found a site that was trying to make a free open-source version of it with new levels and things. I think it was this.

I love Theme Hospital!

I haven't been able to get it to run on my more recent computers though sadly. I would love to play it again

It was a great game indeed.

Last time I found an old cd of Football Manager 98 and had the same feeling

Nope unfortunately it wouldn't even let me do that I am going to buy an external disk drive to play it on my netbook I think.

Might have to have a play with that some day soon.

Compatibility mode has never worked for me, not once!

I loved Theme Hospital - shame EA don't make games like that anymore. Actually, in fairness it was Bullfrog that made it, so EA don't actually deserve that bit of credit.

You know the other day in PC Gamer, I was reading an article where they were saying that EA is the best thing in PC gaming!! Yeps. Try playing Fifa 10, lads.
