Kingdom Hearts 3 - wen is it being released?

Hi all

Me and my two cousins are HUUUUUUUUGE! fans of the Kingdom Hearts series, and, i know there is a chance that i could be a little late wen asking this, but, does anyone know wen KH3 is going to be released?

So far there is no news of KH3.

However, there are three other games announced after KH2 coming out across different platforms:

Kingdom Hearts coded - mobile phone. Most likely only going to be released in Japan.

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days - nintendo DS. This game deals with Roxas' side of the story between KH and KH2. Has been released everywhere except Australia, I think - and they get it 22nd October.

Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep - on PSP. This game was shown in the secret ending on KH2 - it follows Terra, Ven, and Aqua - and is a prequel to KH. Released date is sometime 2010.

Someone else please reply to this thread, bcos the making of Kingdom Hearts 3 was announced by EA a lloooooooooooong time ago

The series is published by Square Enix, not EA.

It was assumed for a long time that Birth by Sleep was going to be KH3, but it's not. KH3 has not been confirmed. According to an interview in June 2009 with Tetsuya Nomura, he was only then just starting to think of ideas for the next instalment of the main KH line. Therefore you probably won't be seeing the game any time soon.

So anyway, ye, KH3 was announced by EA a long time ago, well, thats wat my cousin told me anyway, so i guess there could be a chance that i misheard or something, LOL
