In terms of graphics it really overpowers FIFA pc by far.
But i don't like the gameplay,in the 2nd most dificult dificulty i play the game and it's too easy.Defence it's like it has hole all over it and i can get past too damn easy

PES 2010 wins hands down!!!
I just played a few games of PES 2010 and all I can say is WOW!!!!!
This is the game we all PC gamers must buy this year.

I know the ai is a bit too easy to beat, but its definitely not PES 2008 or PES 2009 that's got to be said!!!

The game now plays like a football game. Graphics are bloody awesome what can I say? Am I playing on the Xbox 360 console?

Seriously this is so amazing.

You can see I aint negative at all about PES 2010 like I was with that crappy FIFA 10 on PC. And no im not buying FIFA 10 just because it has the Russian Premier League.

PES all the way. I would say the KING is BACK!!!

As a matter of fact I just went to chat with a few gamers in PES 2010 Xbox 360 forum at gamespot and wolud you believe it a few of them said they like PES 2010 hell lot better!

But I am not all too worried about the ease of the game. Online will sort this problem out!! I will play Champions League Online and International Cup online which are going to be so fun.

Seabass definitely deserves the money this time.
I am very disappointed by Luke Didd's effort (Cause for Concern)!

Oh and the great news about PES 2010 is that the right analog stick is sorted out!!!! It now acts the way you push the stick to whatever direction. That's impressive.
If your still not convinced then go on then, give Luke Didd the money that he truly doesn't deserve, the choice is yours now.

Thing is, when I win I want to feel like I earned it. If it's really that easy then it falls flat on its face for me, regardless of the rest of the game.
The main thing that put me off FIFA 10 was lack of challenge. If the same goes for PES, then I must say that which game is better is totally irrelevant as I won't enjoy either of them.

Top Player is definitely hard. Begginer and Amateur I leave alone. Those are for those who haven't played PES yet

. But I still feel there is big gap between 2nd and 3rd difficulty.

I don't mind it. The game well deserves it. And from the voices around net it's said that this demo is from July! (60% complete :P). As you can see there are some cinematics missing and other things. I am glad this game is amazing! Playing it non stop O_o. That's how good it is

.

I haven't had such pleasant time with PES since PES 6. Big compliment.

Well, I would say if you don't like PES 2010 better not buy neither FIFA 10 or PES 2010 on the PC! It would be injustice to give the money to EA and Luke Didd, they've done nothing!

Seriously, I love the game, if I was to rate this game I would give it a 9.5/10. The only thing that puts me off is the animations of the players movement, but that doesn't really bother me now since the gameplay is so good.

And if your concerned about how easy this AI is, well you've got online that will truly test your skills. I can assure you online is where it gets tough and every goal gives you the joy of celebration.

FIFA 10 on PC is no better really, the AI sucks even more. And the graphics are terrible, it doesn't even deserved to be called a video game. I enjoy doing mathematics/science hell lot more than playing crappy FIFA 10 on PC.

Its a big improvement, all I can say. I just feel like playing it. And the chants, the nets animate properly, man. How can Luke not improve those nets, I really do not know! Konami have been doing it for years now ever since PES 5.

I am playing the game all high on 1920x1200 resolution its gorgeous. I am definitely buying PES 2010 this year. But definitely a NO, NO to FIFA 10.
At least the online has 2vs2, tournaments online its worth it!!!

Oh my, I just played the demo and apart from response times and the occasional stutter, (I dunno whether it's my laptop or the demo build) it's proper! Does anyone else have some lag in response time and stuttering player indicator when running on the wing? If you don't then I'll put it down to my machine and not the game. If these issues are sorted before launch I will be over the moon. I had to spend time configuring but after I did I like the game. I haven't even gotten into the skills or the tactics yet, the gameplay is good. I will do great and in-depth tactics and skills examination in the full game, where there will be practice mode. In the meantime I will wait for demo unlockers to maybe allow a longer match-time and I will be so pleased.....except for response times. They need sorting!

One thing I have a BIG issue with but doesn't detract from a good game is that to play with my friend I need another controller?! WHY?! Can't one person use the keyboard and the other the controller? In fifa, even though the game is horrible, you can at least play with a friend once you have a controller. Does anyone know a way around this problem?

@Affainyi you have to go to PES 2010 folder and run settings.exe.

You can setup controllers under controller, but it has to be direct input one :/. XInput is only for Xbox controllers

About responsivness of players I don't have a single issue with it. From what Adam said the demo is early build and he compared it to September code (90%) and response times are even better. Vastly improved. But I don't have problems here with how they are now... Maybe a little bit to sluggish, but FIFA ones are horrible to say the least...

I never fancied playing online, I'm much of a solo player. But if I do find it easy but the rest of the features are well implemented, and that Konami doesn't mess up the online play like the last 2 years(from what I've heard) then I may get it and stick with the online part.

Just 15 minutes and I'll be installing it

You feel that KONAMI made an effort and not only talked. Seriously this game oozes with quality.

The minuses I see as of now: shorts are defo too long :P. Pitch is smaller then in FIFA (but I guess it's for playability/gameplay reasons, actions just flow from one pitch to another

).

Game is slower, but still fast for those accustomed to FIFA series. Takes time to get used to.

I am going to play PES 2010. It's definitely my buy this year

. Bah I may say the KING is BACK baby. Still not perfect, but hella playable!

Just saw amazing thing. Quagiarella scored, got happy about it then saw linesman flag up and got lalalalaed off! Nice!

Praise the Lord(!) No more stupid gunshot ball sounds. Now, all I need is a mirror that'll let me download the bloody demo!

If you never lose in Top Player difficulty in PES 2009 you'll find the game a lot easier imo but if you struggle to beat the regular probably not. The lame defense is definitely temporary I'm positive now since I've seen huge bugs related to team styles and it's not possible it'll be released like that. For example sometimes the IA will try an offside trap and fail, and you know what happens.. But that's not the only defense bug, sometimes some defenders just stop moving and watch you so it's obviously a bug and will be fixed in the full game..

But anyway I think it's harder to retake the ball now once you've lost it..so it kinda balance it..

Another thing I noticed is, while you can use and overuse the 360° dribbling, the IA doesn't seem to use it ever and still move in 8-directions, that's too bad. That's definitely something to improve in PES 11 for realism's sake.

That's bad! In fact, it sounds a bit of a gamebreaker for me - if the AI can only move eight ways, won't that make it far too easy to run rings round them?
