fifa 10 online major problem...

hey people i am new here..

i just want to tell u that when i win a ranked match online by using the 'quick ranked search' option the victory does not count but when i draw or lose it gets recorded and not the wins ...

i have won about 13 matches and my record is 2-2-10
i have contacted support but efforts are in vain so really help me please..

i cant even play online m8but did they quit before end of game if so its a quit cheat they get win and you get sfa :-(
EA have never been good at fixing problem if they do i will be verry surprised in fifa 07 they never fixed the ref wearing same colors as one team in game :-)
so good luck getting an answer as they have your money now and you get no support .

ive played 3 games online, and the other guy has quit all 3 times...
