Ps3 Fifa08 Online Problem

I used to play online with my ps3 but right now i´m having problems playing online:

when im invited to a game, neither the person who invited me or myself can select a team or move forward.
when I invite someone, I can change the team but the other person can´t. This happens to me A LOT.

Whats the problem here? Is there any way to solve this?
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP.

Im connecting through a DSL router, im not on wireless.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sounds like the old port forwarding issue

this happens to me too, i also have a thread up about that, i also need naswers on it too, SO SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE US ANSWERS !!

You will need to do something called port forwarding the ports you need to forward are in the manual ....

it can be firewall installed in your internet so ring the company and tell them to turn it off . it worked for me
