GAME.1

NOTTINGHAM FOREST 1 V 3 WATFORD

GS

FOREST TYSON

WATFORD HUME 2, DE SILVA

FOREST BEATEN AT HOME BY RAMPANT HORNETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A sorry Nottingham Forest were easily beaten in this one sided affair, Ian Hume struck twice and De silva the other, Nathan Tyson broke clear late on to finish well but only a consolation. A very poor connection spoiled this one.

Well played Hamilton you deserved the win just sad the connection was so bad hope this is not a taste of things to come cant handle when the connection is bad

Correction of above opponent

FOREST 1 V 3 BARNSLEY sry

Wow, this was better than the Manchester derby! end to end game where you kept taking the lead over and over again then at 4-3 you i found 2 late goals to win it, great game wp.

And after that's built you're club will be making bigger losses! 6m losses this year? I hear you'll have to sell Maynard and Elliot in jan, or there's prem interest.....?

Well the city have got pass the 1st hurdle but not a done deal by any stretch of the imagination I for one hope it all materalises as it about time the south west had a decent stadium. I still have my doubts that it will go through as I know how much trouble we have of getting any sort of planning permission..... on a lighter note if it does go through at least we can sing "There is only one team in Bristol"

No afraid not, the title kind of says it all

NOTTM FOREST 2-1 BRISTOL CITY

Moussi, Tyson
Maynard

Forest continue thier return to form with a win at the City ground. All the goals were class finishes but my fave was the movement and pass for Forest's 2nd. Well played

Sport | Football | Bristol City | Bristol City reveal record loss of £6.56 million | This is Bristol

Need to make the Prem jump soon....
The stadium is funded seperatly so shouldn't have a impact on annual accounts except maybe paying out less on up keep. This years loss is high because we have bought our own training ground, paid out a record £2m + fee, paid some one of consulatancy fees and generally had to up the wage budget to that of a established top 10 championship club. We don't need to sell anyone and if people want maynard they better have a lot of ink in thier pens for all the zero's its gonna take!

I'm sure up to many clubs at this level thats quite healthy as Ipswich recorded a 11m loss. I can think of a few clubs who are in much more of a state!

That hurdle is by far and away the biggest, getting planning on a green belt site was always gonna be a breaker and we have achieved that. The only other hurdle is of course Sainsburys getting permission to build on the Ashton Gate site. Can't see this being a problem as the building will be a lot smaller than the exsisting stadium so planning is not a problem i'm afraid.

Ha ha, you've got to love gas heads (even addopted cockney ones...) They try so hard to give us stick and time and again they get thier facts wrong and make themselves look even stupider. Allow me to explain, in last nights meeting one other issue was unable to be resolved and that was the one of a access road that runs into north somerset. That will have to gain approval at the north somerset council chambers (a formality). Everything else about the development was discussed in the Bristol council chambers because everything else including the stadium is in ............... lets see if the gas heads can work this one out for themselves. Feel free to confir it shouldn't take long lol) So don't worry there will be and always will be one team in Bristol!

Even thier banter is 3rd rate

SHEFF UTD 3-1 BRISTOL CITY

Haynes (BC)

Utd ran away with the game in the 1st half with the City defence turning like oil tankers. They also hit the post twice in quick succession as did Citys Costa Rican Saborio from the same attack. City decided to start on 45 mins and with Utd arguably in cruise mode dominated the 2nd half. They pulled one back from Danny Haynes and should have had more. weel played Jip
