IPSWICH 4-0 BRISTOL CITY

City could point to a 1st half goalmouth scramble that didn't fall to them, or to the Ipswich keeper seemingly handballing outside the box in the first half or even his girlfriend coming home in the 2nd half and disruptting his concentration, but that would have been unfair on cassie who seemed to find space and time at ease throughout the game and fully deserved the big win. well played

lol, not sure how i got away with that scramble in the 1st half, could of been a different game had that gone in. When did my keeper handle outside the area btw?

Good game

Sorry i couldn't play the 2nd game, had to go to see Fulham get lucky by playing aggainst 9 man Liverpool with no Torres, Gerrard, Agger, Johnson, Aurelio, Aquilani, Reira or N'Gog. And Benni hit the Bar
fixed , nah Fulham were great and deserved it, Bobby Zamora was a handful and Hangeland was solid.

Yeah Fulham deserved it, even before the sendings off. Benitez, hmmm. He is a decent manager but I'm not sure he can take Liverpool any further than he has in the Premier League, our Champions League status is under threat too this season.

Do they change the manager now? probably too risky, or will they wait until after the next two champions league matches?

I fear for the team, 5 defeats already, a virtual reserve team that relies too heavily on Gerrard/Torres. I know they cant transfer anyone in and the money is tight but last weeks ManU win was probably false hope.

Just heard they may sell Babel for around 6m just to fund Reina's wages/contract. Now that does sound worrying.

they cant be right surely, if it is, i can see another leeds united with the club in debt already and were selling players to pay wages.

We need to make sure we beat Lyon, the revenue you get from reaching the ko stages of the champions league is quite alot.

Newcastle 0 - 1 Reading
R: Long

Both started the match with home kits and it was very difficult to know who was who. Long poked it home in the 64th min to seal victory for the away side.

Reading 1 - 5 Newcastle
R: Hunt
N: Smith (4) Barton

The away side sported a yellow number this time around and the game was far easier to play.
Smith was on target on four occassions as Newcastle performed much better than they did in the first game of the season. His fourth was a btit fortunate as it came off two Reading defenders before falling to him.
Howevere on the balance of play a well deserved three points.

I honestly don't know if I am going to continue with online leagues this year. I wasn't that excited about playing again after a week away and coming back and playing I remembered why. I can never seem to get a decent connection in online league games and I really don't enjoy playing most of the games. In fact I hate playing them sometimes and it shouldn't be like that. As much as I want to play as lower star teams and have a league table and stuff it's no good if I don't enjoy playing the games. I'll have a think about it and let you know by tomorrow before the league really gets going.

Good games

1st game could have been won be either team, the kits were very identical my eyes are killing me.

2nd game
Newcastle was on fire, easily beat Reading.

Well played matey.

I've not managed to connect with anyone through the online leagues it Fifa 10 it is extremely frustating, you spend more time trying to connect than playing the actual game.

Be a pro seems to be the most reliable way of connecting but it's not ideal.

I think the servers have been abit dodgy today.

I had connection probs with BT, down that i have switched to Virgin i connect everytime (apart from Sijjh earlier) so i think it was server issue today.

Sheff Utd 3-1 Leicester

(Leicester Fryatt)

Leicester 2-1 Sheff Utd

(Leicester Fryatt & Howard)

Leicester 0-2 Reading

Reading 4-2 Leicester

(Leicester Fryatt x 2 I think)

I have absolutely no idea how I have lost three games already, I seem to have been beaten by myself, poor defending. Well played to you both, you took your goals well. Very disappointed with how I played

Zamora has been on fire since Johnson got injured, and our defence was good too.

Liverpool had sooooo much procession, i thought after the Torres goal Liverpool would go on to win it.

Great game
