Hi Guys, firstly fantastic news, we’ve managed to fill FIFA LeagueSpy 1 in just 5days time!

We have some rules that only come into play when you participate in a league division that is 20/20 or full.

First is the introduction of the MINIMUM MATCH RULE. This rules declares that all players must now play a minimum of 8league matches before the season ends on November 2nd 2009. Failure to play atleast 8matches will result in automatic relegation (if applicable)

Second is the introduction of the “Relegation Zone”. Players who finish in the relegation zone at the end of the season will be relegated into FIFA LeagueSpy 2 for next season.
The size of the relegation zone does vary depending on the number of players in the FIFA LeagueSpy 2 division. Basically the relegation zone is equal to 20% of the total number of eligable players in FIFA LeagueSpy 2. The zone can range from the bottom 1-4 players.

An example would be:

FIFA LeagueSpy rules state that the top 20% of players from each division will be promoted.

if (FIFA LeagueSpy 2) has 20 eligable players; then
FIFA LeagueSpy will promote the top 20% of 20players = 4 (top four get promoted).
This means that FIFA LeagueSpy 1 will have to relegate 4players to accomodate.

However, in scenario two:
if (FIFA LeagueSpy 2) has only 10eligable players; then
FIFA LeagueSpy 2 will promote the top 20% of 10players = 2 (top two get promoted).
This means that FIFA LeagueSpy 2 will have to only relegate 2players to accomodate.

However, there is a 3rd scenario:
if (FIFA LeagueSpy 2) has 13 eligable players (an odd number); then
FIFA LeagueSpy 2 will promote the top 20% of 13players = 2.6 (top three (3) get promoted)
This is because 2.6 is nearer to 3 than it is 2.

To all Division 2 players,

I’ve had a few match invites from you guys today. Unfortunatley I can’t play as I’m already registered as a player in FIFA LeagueSpy 1 however, because in FIFA10 every league has to have a league manager (the person who sets up the league) and in normal circumstances the manager would also be a player but with FIFA LeagueSpy running multiple divisions it will vary.

As you can see FIFA LeagueSpy 2 has “21″ slots. This is because (”jasonmorganuk”) is simply the league manager only for this division and takes up 1 slot, leaving 20open slots, the normal amount for each division for players to join.

It only varies when (”jasonmorganuk”) is a PLAYER MANAGER in a particular division. This season I’m currently playing in FIFA LeagueSpy 1, hence this division shows a max number of slots of just “20″. But if I get relegated then next season I’ll be playing in FIFA LeagueSpy 2 instead.

Hope this clears up some confusion.

What sets FC LeagueSpy apart from other Clubs?

Hi Guys,

We recieved an email this morning from a FIFA10 Player interested in joining our Football Club FC LeagueSpy. He was however a little confused to exactly how things worked and was eager to understand more before joining. I took the the time to reply to his email in depth, explaining everything, the best way we could. We then thought it would be a good idea to re-write this email and post it here, for those players, whom are also a little unsure of what to expect and better still, what their missing!

We began our response with "Sorry if it's a little confusing". We understand that with all the information available, some players are a little unsure of how FIFA LeagueSpy and FC LeagueSpy, the terms that are often used, work.

Yes our Club is a 10v10 FIFA10 Pro Club. Our Club is made up of Players whom play in our FIFA LeagueSpy League's. We run a series of FIFA10 Online League's, all which are part of one (1) complete League Network called FIFA LeagueSpy. The League's are split into League Divisions, each containing a maximum of 20 Players. The League Season runs for one (1) month and each League Division runs at the same time. At the end of the Season, Players from each Division earn promotion or face relegation from their current Division depending on their League Ranking at the end of the Season. Our League's are easy to join and easy to find. Each League Division bares the network name "FIFA LeagueSpy", followed by the Division number. For example:

FIFA LeagueSpy 1; where "1" means Division 1.
FIFA LeagueSpy 2; where "2" means Division 2.

To play for the Club you will need to first register for one of our FIFA LeagueSpy League Divisions. You can do this through your FIFA10 Game Main Menu.

After joining the League you will need to qualify for a place at FC LeagueSpy. Unlimited places available mate. We simply open more FIFA LeagueSpy Divisions to accomodate for the demand. We've currently slots in FIFA LeagueSpy 3, im sure all slots in FIFA LeagueSpy 2 have now been taken.

Go onto the Online League's on your FIFA10 Game, search for "FIFA LeagueSpy" and join one of the Divisions with available slots.

You may choose any team. There are no team restrictions.

All players currently playing in a FIFA LeagueSpy FIFA10 League are expected to know their league rules.

Introduction:
Hello, welcome to FIFA LeagueSpy. Now that you've joined us, please take the time to read through these official rules to help you understand how we govern our leagues.

Please be aware that players can only join ONE (1) FIFA LeagueSpy league division.

The League Network "FIFA LeagueSpy":
The name FIFA LeagueSpy is what defines our network of league divisions apart from the rest. From this name you can identify an official FIFA LeagueSpy FIFA10 League followed afterwards by the League Division number.

FIFA LeagueSpy is made up of multiple divisions each containing upto a maximum of 20players in each division. Once a division reaches it's maximum capacity we open another, so that registrations can continue with the start of a new division.

All of our league divisions run through a period known as the "Season". There is only one (1) season period that ALL divisions follow, during which period, players can play league matches against other players in their division. The season runs for exactly one month. The start and end season times are made publicly available both on the website and the news section in your FIFA10 league lobby.

During the Season, Players can only play each other player twice (2 times) and can choose to play any player at any time providing that player is online and accepts your invitation to play a league match. During a Season players do not by any rule have to play every player in their league division. Infact until your division actually reaches maximum player capacity of 20 players, there is no minimum match rule for the season. However, as soon as your division reaches maximum player capacity, you are bound by the minimum match rule which requires you to play atleast 8 league matches during the current season. Failure to comply with this rule will result in your automatic relegation at the end of the season.

The goal of your participation in the league is too win the league title and/or gain promotion into the division above. As you rise through the ranks the quality of the players you come across will improve and your league matches will become more challenging.

If you are currently playing in FIFA LeagueSpy 1 then you cannot aim for promotion as you are already playing in the premier FIFA LeagueSpy league division. In such case your aim would be to try and win this league and be crowned as the league champion. However, if you play in one of the lower divisions then not only will you battle for the league title but you can also aim for promotion at the end of the Season.

Promotion works in a unique way as it also affects the amount of players who will be relegated from the division above. Currently at the end of each season the top 20% of players will earn promotion into the league division above for the start of next season. Therefore if your league division has 20 players, the top four (4) players will be promoted. This also means that in order to promote four (4) players we have to relegate the same number of players from the division above. This is what defines the relegation zones in each division.

It's also important to note that in some cases where the division in question has only a certain number of players, the number of promotions will be affected causing a knockon also effecting the number of relegations in the division above. For example if a division only has 14players, then the top 20% of players would actually equal "2.8" players. Now obviously we can't promote 2.8 players so to combat this we will ALWAYS round this number DOWN to the nearest whole number. Meaning in this example, 2.8 would still only mean the top 2 players are promoted.

At the end of the Season the final league standings will be recorded exactly as they currently stand regardless wether or not players have played all of their matches. The final standings will be posted onto the website so that all players can see the results.

Both promoted and relegated players will be removed from their current divisions. They will each recieve an invitation to join the league division to which they have been promoted or relegated.

Once a league division has reached maximum capacity of 20 players AND; completed a full season, a password for that division will be set. All eligable players will recieve the league password via their xbox live gamertags and will need to use this password to access the lobby. Passwords will be changed each season as the players change through promotions and relegations. If for any reason you forget your league password, contact ("jasonmorganuk") via Xbox Live for your league password to be re-sent to you.

As you may notice some league divisions have 20 player slots and some have 21 player slots. If the league division has 20 player slots this simply means that the "league manager", ("jasonmorganuk") is an active player in this division and therefor will be participating in the league matches. However, if the league division has 21 player slots, the "league manager", ("jasonmorganuk") is NOT an active league player and cannot play league matches.

It is important to understand the reasoning behind this. As it stands, when creating a new league in FIFA10, a league manager must be set. By default the league manager is the league creator and a league cannot run if it does not have a league manager. As it would be unfair and unwise to allow a random player to be the league manager due to administration privelages, ("jasonmorganuk") is therefore the designated league manager for each division regardless wether he is or isnot a participating player in that division. The basic thing to remember is that if, your division has 20 slots he is a player, if your division has 21 slots he isnot a player.

The big 100 is fast approaching, we are currently on 76 League Players. We have decided to Officially Cap the amount of Players to 100 over 5 FIFA LeagueSpy divisions. We want to ensure we can maintain control over the league and feel managing more than 100 Players would be tuff and perhaps lower the quality of the current leagues in terms of Regular updates etc.

We will however be launching, after League 5 is full, a new “LeagueSpy Reserves” league. The basis of this league is too allow new registered players to join FIFA LeagueSpy by entering the Reserve League. From this league we will be able to invite players into the main leagues to replace inactive players. There will also be atleast four (4) players promoted from the reserve league each season into League 5 (the lowest main league).

Players who join the reserve league should play league matches as normal against their league opponents. The top 4 players at the end of each season will earn entry into the main league.

We have some rules that only come into play when you participate in a league division that is 20/20 or full. First is the introduction of the MINIMUM MATCH RULE. This rules declares that all players must now play a minimum of 8league matches before the season ends on November 2nd 2009. Failure to play atleast 8matches will result in automatic relegation (if applicable) Second is the introduction of the “Relegation Zone”. Players who finish in the relegation zone at the end of the season will be relegated into FIFA LeagueSpy 2 for next season. The size of the relegation zone does vary depending on the number of players in the FIFA LeagueSpy 2 division. Basically the relegation zone is equal to 20% of the total number of eligable players in FIFA LeagueSpy 2. The zone can range from the bottom 1-4 players. An example would be: FIFA LeagueSpy rules state that the top 20% of players from each division will be promoted. if (FIFA LeagueSpy 2) has 20 eligable players; then FIFA LeagueSpy will promote the top 20% of 20players = 4 (top four get promoted). This means that FIFA LeagueSpy 1 will have to relegate 4players to accomodate. However, in scenario two: if (FIFA LeagueSpy 2) has only 10eligable players; then FIFA LeagueSpy 2 will promote the top 20% of 10players = 2 (top two get promoted). This means that FIFA LeagueSpy 2 will have to only relegate 2players to accomodate. However, there is a 3rd scenario: if (FIFA LeagueSpy 2) has 13 eligable players (an odd number); then FIFA LeagueSpy 2 will promote the top 20% of 13players = 2.6 (top three (3) get promoted) This is because 2.6 is nearer to 3 than it is 2. Unfortunatley I can’t play as I’m already registered as a player in FIFA LeagueSpy 1 however, because in FIFA10 every league has to have a league manager (the person who sets up the league) and in normal circumstances the manager would also be a player but with FIFA LeagueSpy running multiple divisions it will vary. As you can see FIFA LeagueSpy 2 has “21″ slots. This is because (”jasonmorganuk”) is simply the league manager only for this division and takes up 1 slot, leaving 20open slots, the normal amount for each division for players to join. It only varies when (”jasonmorganuk”) is a PLAYER MANAGER in a particular division. This season I’m currently playing in FIFA LeagueSpy 1, hence this division shows a max number of slots of just “20″. But if I get relegated then next season I’ll be playing in FIFA LeagueSpy 2 instead. Hope this clears up some confusion. He was however a little confused to exactly how things worked and was eager to understand more before joining. I took the the time to reply to his email in depth, explaining everything, the best way we could. We then thought it would be a good idea to re-write this email and post it here, for those players, whom are also a little unsure of what to expect and better still, what their missing! We began our response with "Sorry if it's a little confusing". We understand that with all the information available, some players are a little unsure of how FIFA LeagueSpy and FC LeagueSpy, the terms that are often used, work. Yes our Club is a 10v10 FIFA10 Pro Club. Our Club is made up of Players whom play in our FIFA LeagueSpy League's. We run a series of FIFA10 Online League's, all which are part of one (1) complete League Network called FIFA LeagueSpy. The League's are split into League Divisions, each containing a maximum of 20 Players. The League Season runs for one (1) month and each League Division runs at the same time. At the end of the Season, Players from each Division earn promotion or face relegation from their current Division depending on their League Ranking at the end of the Season. Our League's are easy to join and easy to find. Each League Division bares the network name "FIFA LeagueSpy", followed by the Division number. For example: FIFA LeagueSpy 1; where "1" means Division 1. FIFA LeagueSpy 2; where "2" means Division 2. All players currently playing in a FIFA LeagueSpy FIFA10 League are expected to know their league rules. Introduction: Hello, welcome to FIFA LeagueSpy. Now that you've joined us, please take the time to read through these official rules to help you understand how we govern our leagues. Please be aware that players can only join ONE (1) FIFA LeagueSpy league division. The League Network "FIFA LeagueSpy": The name FIFA LeagueSpy is what defines our network of league divisions apart from the rest. From this name you can identify an official FIFA LeagueSpy FIFA10 League followed afterwards by the League Division number. FIFA LeagueSpy is made up of multiple divisions each containing upto a maximum of 20players in each division. Once a division reaches it's maximum capacity we open another, so that registrations can continue with the start of a new division. All of our league divisions run through a period known as the "Season". There is only one (1) season period that ALL divisions follow, during which period, players can play league matches against other players in their division. The season runs for exactly one month. The start and end season times are made publicly available both on the website and the news section in your FIFA10 league lobby. During the Season, Players can only play each other player twice (2 times) and can choose to play any player at any time providing that player is online and accepts your invitation to play a league match. During a Season players do not by any rule have to play every player in their league division. Infact until your division actually reaches maximum player capacity of 20 players, there is no minimum match rule for the season. However, as soon as your division reaches maximum player capacity, you are bound by the minimum match rule which requires you to play atleast 8 league matches during the current season. Failure to comply with this rule will result in your automatic relegation at the end of the season. The goal of your participation in the league is too win the league title and/or gain promotion into the division above. As you rise through the ranks the quality of the players you come across will improve and your league matches will become more challenging. If you are currently playing in FIFA LeagueSpy 1 then you cannot aim for promotion as you are already playing in the premier FIFA LeagueSpy league division. In such case your aim would be to try and win this league and be crowned as the league champion. However, if you play in one of the lower divisions then not only will you battle for the league title but you can also aim for promotion at the end of the Season. Promotion works in a unique way as it also affects the amount of players who will be relegated from the division above. Currently at the end of each season the top 20% of players will earn promotion into the league division above for the start of next season. Therefore if your league division has 20 players, the top four (4) players will be promoted. This also means that in order to promote four (4) players we have to relegate the same number of players from the division above. This is what defines the relegation zones in each division. It's also important to note that in some cases where the division in question has only a certain number of players, the number of promotions will be affected causing a knockon also effecting the number of relegations in the division above. For example if a division only has 14players, then the top 20% of players would actually equal "2.8" players. Now obviously we can't promote 2.8 players so to combat this we will ALWAYS round this number DOWN to the nearest whole number. Meaning in this example, 2.8 would still only mean the top 2 players are promoted. At the end of the Season the final league standings will be recorded exactly as they currently stand regardless wether or not players have played all of their matches. The final standings will be posted onto the website so that all players can see the results. Both promoted and relegated players will be removed from their current divisions. They will each recieve an invitation to join the league division to which they have been promoted or relegated. Once a league division has reached maximum capacity of 20 players AND; completed a full season, a password for that division will be set. All eligable players will recieve the league password via their xbox live gamertags and will need to use this password to access the lobby. Passwords will be changed each season as the players change through promotions and relegations. If for any reason you forget your league password, contact ("jasonmorganuk") via Xbox Live for your league password to be re-sent to you. As you may notice some league divisions have 20 player slots and some have 21 player slots. If the league division has 20 player slots this simply means that the "league manager", ("jasonmorganuk") is an active player in this division and therefor will be participating in the league matches. However, if the league division has 21 player slots, the "league manager", ("jasonmorganuk") is NOT an active league player and cannot play league matches. It is important to understand the reasoning behind this. As it stands, when creating a new league in FIFA10, a league manager must be set. By default the league manager is the league creator and a league cannot run if it does not have a league manager. As it would be unfair and unwise to allow a random player to be the league manager due to administration privelages, ("jasonmorganuk") is therefore the designated league manager for each division regardless wether he is or isnot a participating player in that division. The basic thing to remember is that if, your division has 20 slots he is a player, if your division has 21 slots he isnot a player. We have decided to Officially Cap the amount of Players to 100 over 5 FIFA LeagueSpy divisions. We want to ensure we can maintain control over the league and feel managing more than 100 Players would be tuff and perhaps lower the quality of the current leagues in terms of Regular updates etc. We will however be launching, after League 5 is full, a new “LeagueSpy Reserves” league. The basis of this league is too allow new registered players to join FIFA LeagueSpy by entering the Reserve League. From this league we will be able to invite players into the main leagues to replace inactive players. There will also be atleast four (4) players promoted from the reserve league each season into League 5 (the lowest main league). Players who join the reserve league should play league matches as normal against their league opponents. The top 4 players at the end of each season will earn entry into the main league.
