FIFA LeagueSpy: Registering FIFA10 League entries from Friday 2nd October 2009 at 8pm GMT.

# Introduction to FIFA LeagueSpy

Back in 2007 with FIFA 07, FIFA LeagueSpy launched it's first FIFA
League for online players. The League was only supported on the XBOX
Live platform but at it's height attracted over 160 active players
spread across 16 divisions. Sadly only a few months later, the demand
for running a manually updated web-league became too much and had to
be stopped however, because we love the realism of playing FIFA online
so much we always said that we'd be back.... Hello 2009!

# Who can Register?

Registration is open to anyone and everyone owning an Xbox 360 with
Live Gold Subscription and a legitimate version of EA Sports FIFA10.
Players from all nations are welcome!

# When can I Register?

Registration for FIFA LeagueSpy will officially open on Friday 2nd
October 2009 at 8pm GMT. At approximatley 8pm UK Time on Friday 2nd
October 2009 - FIFA10 LeagueSpy #1 (the premier division) will be
visible in the "Online League" lobby of your FIFA10 game. You may also
search for the league using the short abbreviation of ("LSPY1").

# How to Register?

Search the Xbox Live Online League lobby on your FIFA10 game for
("FIFA10 LeagueSpy #1") or use the short abbreviation search
("LSPY1"). Once you've found the league, head on inside and Join the
league right away!
Be sure to register as soon as you can, there are only 20 open slots
in each league division which will be allocated on a first come first
serve basis. Registration will stay open until all league slots have
been filled.

# FIFA10 LeagueSpy Divisions

A League division will have a maximum of 20players. Once all 20slots
have been allocated, registrations for that division will close and a
new division will be created.

Please note that some league divisions may appear to have 21players.
This is because FIFA10 does not allow the online league to be created
without the league ("creator") themselves participating in that
league. Therefor the LeagueSpy admin ("jasonmorganuk") will be present
in each division creates however, he will be an inactive player in any
("21") player division. If your league division has just 20slots, it
is because the LeagueSpy admin ("jasonmorganuk") is a competing player
in that division.

Be sure to join Official FIFA LeagueSpy league's. This is how our FIFA
League's will look in the Xbox Live online league's lobby of FIFA10:
FIFA10 LeagueSpy #1 (abbr = LSPY1)
FIFA10 LeagueSpy #2 (abbr = LSPY2)
FIFA10 LeagueSpy #3 (abbr = LSPY3)
...and so on

# FIFA10 LeagueSpy Season

Each season will run for one (1) month and will end regardless of how
many matches you have played. If for example the season begins on the
8th of January, it will end on the 8th of Febuary. Once the season
ends, the close season period will begin and will last for atleast
seven (7) days. During this close season period we will re-organize
our leagues for the start of a new season.

# Promotion & Relegation

We will incorporate a promotion and relegation system throughout the
divisions at the end of each season. The top four (4) players if
applicable will be promoted to the division above. The bottom four (4)
players if applicable will be relegated to the division below.
Should players choose to drop-out of the league all players directly
below in order of end-of-season ranking will move up to fill the open
position.

League's with a full roster of players will be given passwords to
prevent unauthorised registration. Passwords will be made available to
qualifying registrants via the FIFA LeagueSpy website. You will be
given access to your league password for the league division in which
you belong. You will need your password to enter the league. All
passwords will change at the end of each Season.

# Prizes & Trophies

The winner of each division at the end of the season will recieve a
Custom Made Stainless Steel drinks Coaster worth £6.99 as their League
Trophy. Each will have their names and/or gamertags individually
printed along with their league division trophy and logo also printed
on.

# Rules and Regulations

These are the official rules of FIFA LeagueSpy.
1. No Cheating through any means or method. Cheating players recieve
an instant ban.
2. No aggressive or abusive behaviour against any of the other
players. Resulting punishment is a complete ban.
3. Only one entry per player is allowed. You are not permitted to join
multiple FIFA LeagueSpy divisions.
4. To ensure the stability and quality of our League's - If you play
in a league division which has a full roster of 20players you are
obliged to play a minimum of 8 league matches during the Season. If
you do not meet this minimum, you will be relegated automatically.
5. Disclosure of league passwords between players or to anyone is not
permitted.
6. If you start a match you must complete it.
7. No excessive in-game pausing is allowed.
8. Players must register on the FIFA LeagueSpy forums. Passwords will
be changed each Season and displayed on the FIFA LeagueSpy website.
Access to passwords will be restricted meaning you will only have
access to your own league division. This is to prevent unauthorised
registration.
9. We may need to contact you from time to time. This may be to inform
you of a player dropout - resulting in your automatic promotion.
Please keep your active email address updated on the FIFA LeagueSpy
website.
10. We reserve the right to disqualify or remove any player who breaks
the rules. This includes relegation for inactive players.

# Game Settings for FIFA LeagueSpy

All game settings are preset to:

Half Length: 6mins
Offsides: On
Bookings: On
Fouls: On

# League Settings for FIFA LeagueSpy

All league settings are preset to:

Max No. Of active players: 20
Max No. Of games vs. each player: 1
Season duration: 1month
Promotion Zone: Top 4
Relegation Zone: Bottom 4
Inactive players: Removed or relegated

First registrations open on Friday 2nd October 2009 at 8pm.

How to find a FIFA LeagueSpy League?
Around 8pm GMT tommorow, our league's will be published live on the "Online League" lobbies in your FIFA10 Game. Registration will open and slot's allocated for the opening season on a first come, first serve basis. There will be only 20 available slots for each division, meaning if you don't secure entry into the first 20 slots, you'll miss out on playing in the top-league and will have to rely on hitting a promotion slot in your first season.

Our league's will be Titled in the FIFA10 lobby as follows:

FIFA10 LeagueSpy #2 (abbr: "LSPY2")

Registration is currently open and will remain open all Season. Please bare in mind that the minimum match rule ONLY comes into effect when your league division is full. See Rules for details.

Season 1: Start - 2nd October 2009.
Season 1: End - 2nd November 2009. (end of the day)

Top 4 promoted (where applicable)
Bottom 4 relegated (where applicable)
