I was also thinking about moving the top 4 of each group of eight to the next round. It is a likely change. I will keep in touch about this over the next few days.

I am considering changing the duration of matches to 6 minutes per half for the group stage. Let me know what you think? What do you think of 8 minutes per half?

i think thats a great idea 8 mins halfs will test everyone more
and the 4 going through from each group is a gud idea

Do note that a ranking system (based on answers in the Entry Form) will be used to place players in groups. But each player's ranking will not be exposed (in public) in Season 1 out of respect for each gamer.

However from Season 2 the top seeds will be apparant (you can see them).

At the moment there's a day break between each of your matches. Let me know if almost all of you prefer to have one match everyday? Then perhaps there can be a one or two day break between the group stage and knock out round.

I'm now suggesting we disable Adidas Live Season because the team of the week will have an advantage. It would be fair to use default squad settings as it is online.
