champions league style league/tournament. 16 teams, play each other twice, top 2 teams from each group goes into next round(quarters,semis then final)

HALF WAY THROUGH THE TOURNAMENT WHEN ALL GROUP GAMES HAVE BEEN PLAYED,ALL TEAMS THAT HAVE BEEN KNOCKED OUT WILL BE PUT INTO A UEFA CUP KNOCK OUT ROUND TO JUST KEEP THINGS RUNNING A BIT,THIS WILL GO STRAIGHT INTO QUARTER FINALS OF THE UEFA......KIND OF LIKE A 3RD AND 4TH PLACE CHAMPION OF THE TOURNAMENT INSTEAD OF ENDING IT AT GROUO STAGES F ELIMATED...JUST AN IDEA....

yo man only play people in your group,top two teams go into knock out(quarters then semis then final)

play each team twice

post results on forum

once all teams are filled up the league tables/site will be made,just need to know all teams so can register properly.
