Problem: Ulocked parts are locked again

Hi, i have a problem with performance parts on my PSP. My first car was Firebird. I unlocked and bought all the performance parts.
Then I bought Chrysler 300. Performance parts were unlocked so i just had to buy them. Now i have my third car, Mercedes SL, and i can't upgrade it because all performance parts are locked again. Is this some sort of bug? What can i do. All of my cars are to slow to make progress.
