There will be a patch it's just how well that patch works.

FRAMERATE! FRAMERATE!

That's the biggest issue as of yet that needs fixing. Even on the PC its awful, it makes my 9600GT feel like its trash even though it can run Grid much better and Grid is definitely better than UC in graphics!

I don't think the website is up yet and you won't have won anything from it,
It's just an achievement.

SecuROM authentication doesn't go over the same port 80 as the the registration application. And number of ports that it needs olalalalala too large, I can't open that many so for now I'm stuck with a useless game I bought. I'm online but the game refuses to see it. EA needs to sort it out.

i cannot start nfsu and no matter what i have tryed (install new windows ,new updated drivers) i did not even install an antivirus yet and only visit this website (i hope it is free from viruses) and still the damn game wont start.
everytime i click on nfs.exe i get an error after about 3 sec and than that "send dont send" error,no image no logo no nothing just that error.
my specs are not that high but i run many new games on low settings:amd sempron 2400+, 768 ram, onboard soundcard xeard 3d cmi 9761 a,hdd 1x80gb/1x40gb,gpu quadro fx 3000 250 mb,xp sp2.
now i want anybody who knows or maybe experience the same crashing like i do to tell me what to do or what should i do?
thanks in advance for any answer
p.s. i run carbon, prostreet, crysis, and many new games on this spec on low but i played and finish those games so i know it must be something else

my bet would be the sempron... not really a gaming processor there, but of course, io might be wrong

I have a performance problem. The game is extremely laggy no matter what. Offcourse i haven't even tried to turn the graphics down all the way, since i can run crysis on high, why should i satisfy myself with low in undercover. However i have tried turning all the options to max and medium and there is hardly any difference, if any at all. Also it's sort of playable on vista, whereas on xp it's a slideshow. Since there seems to be little connection between the graphics quality and performance, it must be a bad game engine or just a bad port from the 360. Can a patch (and i do hope there will be one that does) fix these issues or should i just go ask for a refund? Since i have read on many forums people have such performance issues.
thanks
my specs are
intel quad core 2.4 GHz
Nvidia GeForce 8800gts 640
OCZ 4 gig dual channel kit RAM
ASUS P5K motherboard

WOW, why was this game released?? Whoever the QA people are they need shot. The framerate has become so bad now i have the faster cars that it is nearly unplayable. When im just about to win the race it lags like F*** and my opponents magically appear in front of me.

playing on 360

Game runs fine graphically, with no slowdown, on my PC setup (8800GTX, 2gb DDR2 800, Athlon X2 5000+). However it crashes intermittently when in the car customization menu. Any ideas?

How do I get my serial # or unlock codes?

To view your serial # or unlock code, please click the View recent order history and purchase details link on the main Help page and enter your e-mail address and password. From the Order Details page, you will be able to view your product unlock code. In addition, your Order Confirmation e-mail will list your product unlock code. Look for it under Digital Rights.
