There should be one on the back of your game manual if you purchased a disk. If you bought the game from EA Store and have not received a code then you will need to contact EA Support using the link at the very top of the forum.

NFSU has been a bit laggy over the couple of days i hope it gets fixed, and see online on races its laggy as anything. could ea make a update so u can race for pink slips and get the lag fixed thanks

This game was amazing until saturday morning when they released a patch on the xbox 360, now the game has gone from being ultra smooth and running at an unblieveable framrate on the 360 to almost unplayable on the last level because off severe framrate issues, slow down, lag what ever u wanna call it but has totally ruined this game for me, fix this now!!!

yh car im tryin to sell are pink slips, i just found out that pinks slips cant be sold,

i also find that slow loading, when u r driving the background is gone and have to wait for it to load the background, thats when it turns blue like it was paused. My FPS is fine cuz i fixed the graphics and resolution right for my laptop. before i fix it it was laggy with low FPS. but seriously Need for Speed Undercover is Really Need For Patch Underconstruction.

im on the PS3 version, and the gameplay and graphics it's self have been superb and a really enjoyable arcade racer is what i've been enjoying, but the frame rate drops which i experienced initially rarley, with the faster cars can be seen much more frequently for longer, and im sorry to the point where its so hard to race because the stuttering of the FPS dropping to like 5 is unplayable and it shouldnt be playing like that, with adequate testing this probablem would have shown up!

and the problems with the needforspeed.com portal site is a bit of a joke

Actually it doesnt matter, this game is going straight back to the shops tomorrow. It's clear to me that EA rushed this game yet again, A word of advice ditch this crappy new engine and try to build something a lot more stable, I thought you would have learnt that lesson with pro street but now this is beyond a joke.

hello all,

Please help i just downloaded the Pc version and when i click play, the splash screen comes up. (The one with the NFS logo and the load bar underneath).

The loading bar gets half full and then it quits to windows. I cannot get this working, i have tried updating drivers/graphics card etc and no joy.

I definatley have the requirements to play the game, so any ideas? I tried reinstalling already.

Please Help.

i was playing undercover on wii and was doing around 180mph when a crashed head on to a lamborghini cop car and my car shot in the sky,went black and my speed went up to 1158mph. the wii then froze.

are the online achievements glitched? for the 360

as the update (the only update) has screwed up all the leaderboards....it thinks i have done over 220 races and won over 100....if that was true i would have the achievements by now as 1 is to win 25 ranked races and the other is to participate in 119 ranked races...

and i know someone who knows for a fact he has won over 25 ranked races but he hasnt recieved the 25 wins achievement
please dont say these achievements have glitched just like 1 of them glitched in carbon... as these are the only ahcievements i need!!!

anybody else got the same problem?

I think I just found a temporary fix.I tried disabling every option one by one and found that it was the AA that was the culprit.So I disabled it ingame.And turned on the AA from the Ati CCC. Now it's working fine.The AA is seems to be working too.
Though I seem to be having a FPS drop with these settings.
