If so, great find!
Looks quite big, almost like four or five fairly large towns joined together by the winding network that is the highway or motorway!

A big questioning was made as to where NFSUs map came from. A Czech site displaying news on Undercover released the image last week. Scroll down for the link of the site (pre translated from Czech to English by me!).

Is all the the map opened but E.G you can Go on the grass and attempt to go up the moutains ect..

To me the city and location looks similar to Test Drive: Unlimited.
A map with long straight roads with loads of little areas and palm trees by the side of the road.

It was quite annoying in older NFS's in having to drive around finding races... makes the game a little more boring hope it's more fun to drive around...
