screwed by EA?

some time ago, i was given 500 points by microsoft for what seems like no reason at all (something to do with GTA IV apparently), so i decided to buy some of the cars for prostreet. these were:
lancia delta
honda s2000
mercedes sl65 (not sure, i think thats right)
koeniggsegg CCX
and some others.

recently, due to constant freezing, i had to delete all content that was relevant to prostreet. i felt safe in the knowledge that i could just download them again, like anything else. however, to my horror, EA has consolidated them into 2 car packs, and the other downloads are no longer available, so i cannot get access to what i have purchased.

this is unacceptable. i either want my points back, or a download code for the other car packs. (the cars that i paid for are split between the 2 car packs).

i will expect an answer soon.

well, i guess u shouldve just waited a little longer and tried to fix freezing bfor deleting ur cars, but besides this, i cant rely help u buddy, sory

i tried everything before i deleted them. i worked hard on that save, only for EA's shoddy programming to screw it up. happened on carbon as well.

but thats not the point. every other company leaves their downloads on the marketplace in case anyone needs them again. there are still downloads from launch titles.
