This is an FAQ of things about ProStreet, and how to play it.

Left Thumbstick - Forward, Backwards (Left and Right)
Right Thumbstick - Change gear during clutch and drag race
Right Trigger - Acceleration, drive
Left Trigger - Unknown, not used
A Button - Handbrake, (best used in drift races)
B Button - NOS (Nitrosoxide) - (Only available in selected cars)
X Button - Unknown, not used
Y Button - Unknown, not used
Directional Pad - Not used
Left and Right Bumpers - Change view of car

What race event types are there?
Drag (1/4 Mile) – (1/2 Mile) - (Wheelie)
Drift
Grip (Sector shootout) - (Time Attack)
Speed Challenge

So what are Race Days?
Race Days are events, in which there are several races events to participate in.
To win a Race Day, you must earn enough points to meet the target (accrued from your performance in the races).
Once you’ve won the Race Day, you can leave it and move on, or you can continue and try to dominate it.
To dominate a Race Day, you must earn enough points to meet the Domination Target. You will receive an extra reward for dominating a Race Day.

What are Community Race Days?
These are race days set up by Electronic Arts (Global).
And other users go and compete to show Ryo what they are made of.

Yeah, who’s Ryo?
He is the Showdown King; he’s the number one racer in the game.
There are four other King’s too; the best racer in each of the different race event types (grip, speed, drift and drag).

Okay, so what do I do in Career Mode?
Without spoiling anything, your aim is to take the ‘crown’ from each of the Kings.
To progress, you will need to win/dominate Race Days and win several Showdowns.

Are the cars any good?
Well, that’s up to you to find out; do you like them?
If you tune them well enough, you will be finding yourself on the
leaderboards in no time!

What is the online play like?
It is really good, but there are some people out there
that are really good and play a lot, so watch out!
You can play in Race Days (rooms) with other people ‘in real time’, you can create your own Race Day and ‘share’ it with friends and set scores for them to try and beat, or you can create a Race Day and let random people join it and race against you.

Who are the EA Moderators (for the Achievement*)?
EAUK_Phenom is the only one I know of, but he is currently recruiting people to carry this Achievement.
I will update the list when more are selected.
*this is for Xbox 360 only.

So what’s new then?
Race Days - as above.
Blueprints - you can now share your car set-ups with others! If they’re good enough, someone else might get one of your cars onto the leaderboard (there is a leaderboard for Blueprints)…

Is there any DLC out then?
Yes, loads*!
There is a Coke Zero Booster Pack* out now (free) and
loads of really nice, and seriously fast, cars available for individual download.
*for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 only.

Is there many online players?
Certainly, there are lots of players around everyday but
some times are busier than others.
It’s never hard to find a game, though.

FAQ 3.1 - (This part is Xbox 360 related).

There 50 Achievements
All total of 1000G (Gamer Points).

These Achievements have been given a difficulty rating of: 7/10
Review: The majority of the achievements are fairly easy to earn (if a little time consuming),
but obtaining 100% would be a task (particularly because the ‘EA Moderator’ and ‘Community Race Day 2’ Achievements are hard to come by).

#Unlocks, Cars and Upgrades#
FAQ 3.2 - (Unlocking extras)
-------------------
After beating a Race Day you get to choose a Marker.
A Marker may unlock (at random); cash, new parts for cars
or a repair marker (to fix a damaged/totalled car).
After completing a Showdown you unlock a car (usually a choice of two for each Showdown).

After defeating all of the Kings,

There are cheats for the game, too, but they’re not 100% ‘safe’, so I’ll let you search for them yourself.

there are a few other spelling mistakes in there and it has got bad reviews. and you should have some tips and tricks in there

and if your gunna call it a walk through then you could at least walk us through the races and how to beat the showdown kings and what are the best cars

There are more Mods other than Phenom also. Phenom is just recent.

If people need an explanation of how to play it anyway, they should just switch off

The only real thing that needs explaning is some of the achievements, but other than that. Shouldn't really need it, but oh well. If it helps at least one person out its worth while i suppose.

I hope that you continue to expand upon your guide. You may want to update the "Game Round-Up" section to include your own summary of the game.

Tip: Use Microsoft Word (or similar) as a spell checker.
