Default Burning Tires

In a drag race, before the actual race, the burning tires part, is it important? and what does it do?

The burnout heats up your tires for the event and improves your 'grip' for the event - not by that much, though.

I find it easy to reach 75% 'Incredible Burnout!' (in fact, I've never had less than 75%) but it's quite difficult to reach 100% 'Max Grip' (I probably get this for 1 of the 3 drags).

Buring tire is important for drag race because it's improve tire traction. The more traction , the more car acceleration and the less wheel slip occur when you get start. That's why u should burning the tire .

P.S. Tire burning improve static & kinetic coefficient of friction between tire and road.

The above phrase is true in the former NFS series. But now for Prostreet it's not so easy.
The rule is simple "The less time you do in race, the more score you get."
And so on "The more score you get, the more reputation you have."
Finally the more reputation you have, the closer for you to be STREET KING.

P.S. If you have a chance to see me in Prostreet online, I am Tonic Hawk sir.

It was the first (or one of the first) Achievement(s) that I got from the game.

Just tap the accelerator and try to keep the revs in the green zone...

75% is easy enough, 100% is a little tougher, but still manageable.
