Yes I'm looking forward to the 9 series cards.

They have an incredible amount of performance gain over the equivalent cards from the 8 series. For example, the 9600gt is triple the performance of the 8600gt and double the performance of the 8600gts for around the same price. It's also nearly as powerful as an 8800gt.

It's a new graphics card to make your gameplay look even better.

You can read about it here.

That's if they make games that take full advantage of the texture processing power rather than simply allowing people to brag about being able to run certain games at 200 frames per second. Crysis is currently the most graphics and texture demanding game on Earth.

By the way, I think the gameplay and cut scenes in Pro Street are fixed to run at 30 frames per second regardless of the graphics card. The menus can run into hundreds of frames per second. So, this means that unless a person is not currently able to run at 30fps with all graphics quality settings on high, they won't notice much difference in quality in Pro Street after an upgrade to a 9800 GTX or ULTRA.

There is lots of information from people playing Crysis here in the Crysis Forum and at the Official Website.

You can check out the review at Gametrailers.com below

Gametrailers.com - Crysis - Review HD

The game was developed by Crytek and is published by EA. Crysis uses the advanced CryENGINE2, which is an engine successor to the one used for Far Cry, and looks best on Windows Vista. The game is currently only available on the PC.
