Pro Runner Trophy

Sorry if this has already been answered but am playing on ps3 and have most of the trophies,
I tried getting the pro runner trophy by replaying the chapters on hard but didnt achieve it when i finished

is it true i have to go to new game? It says i will loose all my saved data if i do, does this include trophies and such?
sorry for being a n00b lol but ive spent too long to loose them now!

Yea you have to start a new game on hard, you don't lose anything just your campaign save.
