Your CPU is not fast enought to run it.

Although it says 2.4ghz processor and your 1.8ghz dual core is running at over 3 it STILL won't work.

A processor can run one program. A dual core can run two programs. But you can't run one program over two processors therefore you must account for only one processor. One of your processors is only 1.8ghz which is no-where nere the 2.4 needed.

multi-core CPU have multithreading support, that allow both cores to share the process, fo example FIFA09 requires 2.4GHz single core, I run it like lightning in my Core 2 Duo 2.2GHz...

Yeah your Core 2 DUO will but the standard Dual-core won't.
