Look here if yours stars disappear

example: you have 50 stars when you are online and can connect to the server. you then play offline due to server being down or loss of internet, when you play offline you start with 0 stars, this works the same if you have stars offline and then play online.

when you next go online your 50 stars will be there but you wont receive extra stars for what you did offline.

there is no way to fix this but i would reccomend you get stars when going for achievments/trophies offline so you can do it no matter what and if you want to go for times on the leaderboard then play online.

so in short, the stars you get online do not show when you are offline and vice versa.
