This is the door. The white shape is only on this door. I think that it is coincidence, and it looks more like an 'I' than a '1', and i doubt that it's referencing the 'WI' in 'Change,'

Yup - i said before i posted the image, but no one really noticed...

Was faith captured, but then escaped? She did say that in 'Lies' that she escaped, but she never said where from, and her shadow used to be in this door.

You haven't really missed much, i dont think. Dahaka18's got a link to his x fire screen shots of the runner bags. GoDave thinks that he's worked the puzzle out, but i don't really understand his line of thought. Prilt is emailing the ME senior designer, but we haven't heard back from Prilt yet to see if the designer got back to him


That pretty much sums it all up (although i migt have missed a few things)

Completely off topic, i know, but i've been reading the back-story in the ME comics. Sadly, nothing that could point to 88.7 or what/who it is. Its mostly about Faith's family. The art is sometimes a bit...>.<... but all in all, its an ok comic. i've seen worse. I've got some random stuff, but here is what i've got:



First of all, all of the 'best black market survailence equipment that money can buy' was built by Drake. Just wanted to add that in (also, Drake cheats at poker)

Mercury used to be married. Didn't know that before.

A runner/tracker called Leaf taught Faith how to fight.

When Runners transport information and objects, they never know what's inside, and if they do see, they're told to forget.

Faith's eye tattoo is seen on Merc's left shoulder in the comic.

New character, Sebastian Silvine (of Silvine Security systems, or SSS, they provide over half of the city's security systems) commisioned photos to be taken of Abraham. Why is never resolved (that is one flaw in R. Pratchett's story writing style.)

Faith's parents are Abraham and Erika Conners. Abraham was a docter turned politicion and Erika worked in electronics. You know how parents usually favor one child over another? This happened with Faith and Kate too. Faith = Erika's favorite
Kate = Abraham's favorite.

Austen Reynolds (another character, was friends with Abraham and took part in protests) had an affair with Erika. He also wants to shoot Abraham because Austen thinks that everything is his fault.

Faith's family fell into debt when Abraham became a protester, and left his job. Erika took on extra work to keep the debts at bay, but Abraham never knew.

I think that i've worked out what the story-significance of Faith's arm tattoo is, too. The image on her arm is kinda pixilated. (i have an image of the actual tattoo that i found, and i can take pictures from the comic, if you want, just ask and i'll upload them). Its also very simelar to a circuit board that belonged to Erika Conners. I think that Faith had the design tattooed on her arm so that she had something that her mom created with her, literally forever.

The afore mentioned circuit board was something that Erika had been commisioned to do by SSS. I think that it lead to the servers in the shard, but i don't pretend to understand the explanation in the comic, so i'll quote:

Its [plans and circuit board] like nothing operating in the city at the moment. Hell, its like nothing ive ever seen before. Its some kind of super smart camera. Advanced tracking, cam to cam comunication and coordination...
This is incredible. Man, a year of normal recon couldnt get us this kind of information. Your mom was into some serious stuff, Faith.

Yeah, Faith gave back that super technology to the security firm. It would explain the servers and how they were created.

One simerality between the game and comic is that the ending is a bit... for a lack of a better phrase... a flop. Its a good thing that i'm obssesed with the game's controls then!

Back on topic, i gradually start adding the janitors pictures to this thread, i'll only add 2 now, since there might be a character limit

I have the images of 'lies' and 'change'. Just take them (i think that you can right click and save). I'd like 'truth' as well, but i don't think that anyone has it on their computer.

First, I don't know where the idea 88.7 could be a person. Nothing really suggests that. And the person tied to the chair is Mark Schooner. We know that because the email on the computer says,"it's not like they can tie me to a chair and beat me up for quitting my job cya " And there in the window is someone beat up and tied to a chair.

I've got it, but its not high res. If you save it and open with fax viewer (thats what i use) and make it as big as it will go, you can see most, but not all, of the information.

It is. That wall is seen ALL OVER the ICR Facility. I don't think that its from the area that we can travel around, though, as where we are allowed to go in the level has NO DOORS, only windows. You can look through a set of double doors, just after you drop down - there is another corridor and cleaning utensils on the floor.

The "L" has a period after it so could it mean lieutenant, like lieutenant Miller. But I guess that would be L.T.

Celeste has an "L" but that's kind of a stretch.
Callaghan that might be a stretch too.
