Hi, I'm New!

I have mirrors edge installed with latest patches and cannot seem to save my game. I have checked in My documents folder and the EA games folder is there with the relavant files, but my game does not seem to be able to find them. any ideas? thanks for any help guys... im a newbie!

Hmmm... the only thing I can think of is either your My Documents location points to a root folder (e.g. D:\ ) instead of a subfolder (e.g. D:\Documents), or you don't have write permissions for that specific folder.
Do you have a My Documents\EA Games\Mirror's Edge\TdGame\Savefiles folder with a [UserName].dat file? Are you playing on Vista or XP? |

the game auto saves at every checkpoint you get to...i havnt looked into the saved file in my cpu but if you go to finish where you left off and theres no save than that sucks and i wish i could help more...now if the chapters you have completed and are currently on is saved but your checkpoint isnt...then just restart at the begining of your current chapter...it may sound like it sucks but its really not that bad...game has replay value imo and replaying it can teach you some techniques if you get into the online leaderboards
