Chapter 5 New Eden

Hi, basically i keep crashing at the end of the chapter. I finish the chapter by opening the last red door and you see that person run off. Then it goes into a cutscene. It rus through it for about 10-15 seconds and then crashes and closes itself leaving me with an error message:

I downloaded the game through EA Download Manager since the code for the game came with my Graphics Card.
