Level Keeps Restarting

heya guys, i keep having a problem with the game...im at the first chapter, right after Faith speaks to her sister, and i have to run from the swat chopper, and get to an elevator at the CEC building, then the level restarts itself...i've updated the game with the 1,01 patch but still the same, i've tried even to start a new game, twice now and still the same problem

I have this problem as well. It takes you to the main menu every time you enter an elevator.

i don't know what else to do...i tried reinstalling the game, creating a whole new profile, nothing works....

p.s: yeah its the pc version

STUCK!!! ARGHH!! the level keep on restart, does anyone knows what the hack is goin on? what are the solutions to this problem?

Theres always "a catch" when it comes to good games like this,,haha

Ive tried 'ask EA' but when i choose category or the game, it gives me a broke popup and when i choose game it doesnt fill the screen up, so i cant send anything there for some reason.

Hmmm, I've just tried it out and it is working for me. Have you tried using a different browser / tried again since?

me too. ive just formated and reinstalled, and i got this problem. ive made videos of mirrors edge so obviously this was previously working on my laptop.

I got exactly this problem with the Training Level, i've tried everything... did the training level bout 10 times in the hope i might have missed something... All i get is the option to hang around the training level doing nothing, or going back to main menu... After i go back to main menu, the only thing i can do is go back to training...

Tried a re-install, got same problem, tried contacting EA support, but the page times out ... Not happy!!!

This problem appears on the cracked version of the game. Go to a store and buy an original game.

I bought the game and I am still getting this problem, I even tried torrenting it afterwards to see if there would be a difference in anything. Nope, nothing it's all the same with both versions of the game.

I think the problem is in our computers.

do you try to uninstall the game with the uninstaller program like revo uninstaller. this programs remove all info about the game. and try to install again. And make sure you are not cheated by the seller. if this not solve your problem mail or call ea support.
