VISTA 64Bit PROBLEMS

I downloaded the game few hours ago then when I press "C:\Program Files (x86)\EA Games\Mirror's Edge\Binaries\MirrorsEdge.exe" I see only first screen with woman and MirrorsEdge logo then I see message that patch is avalible and when I press no :

1. screen goes black and only mssg what I have on the screen is : Invalid screen format but I can hear music from menu etc cannot use ctrl+alt+del to go out from this stage

2. when I press yes the patch is downloaded then message on the screen : setup has experienced an error :

close any running programs - none I closed all of them
empty your temporary folder - done
check your internet connection ? *** ?!?!!??! is working !!!

My question is how to run this game ?

My spec are :

Q9650 - 3.00Ghz (WC)
8GB Ram Corsair 1600Mhz DDR3
Asus Rampage Extreme
2 x 4870X2 ATI
Drivers 8.11
Vista 64bit

I tryed with 4Gb ram
I tryed with different resolutions and different monitors
I tryed with Crossfire and without

and only thing what I see is : INVALID FORMAT on my screen but I can still hear menu music etc so any help ?

And still I cannot instal this patch : error code etc please close running programs check internet

I found this :

If you have Windows Vista: Locate the file C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\EA Games\Mirror's Edge\TdGame\Config\tdEngine.ini

If you have Windows XP Locate the file My documents\EA Games\Mirror's Edge\TdGame\Config\tdEngine.ini

Open tdEngine.ini with a text editor such as Notepad.

You will see some lines such as:

ResX=1024
ResY=768

I had ResX=1600 and ResY=1200 somehow and my screen not supports this resolution I changed to 1024x768 then game starts normal then in the game - video menu - I changed to my resolution 1920 x 1080 and now is working superb
