It'll be great if you can run/jump all over the city.

I finished the game two weeks ago and today I tried to play it again but it is excessively boring. The first time, at the half of the game it already starts to be repetitive, and play it again is impossible. I showed it to a friend of mine, and he told me “yes, you run, jump, and…?” and he was right, if you think about it, is all about it. It’s ridiculously monotonous. I reeeeeeealy hope DICE take their time to think the best way to do and expansion.

I agree that at some points it is liner, but overall it's a good game.

You are right, but is too short. Is that good you want to play it again, but hard difficulty doesn’t represent any new challenge, it just makes it more frustrating.

Aggred; It would have been cool if it was longer and more varyed ways to complet your mission, but more games should take pointers form Mirrors Edge.

Mirror edge needs more the Resident Evil games mechanics; you have different areas to move around. Pike up something in one area and return to another to open something what let you unlock a new area. Always walking around, searching through scenarios.
I really like the city design of Mirror’s Edge, it is impressive… buuuut you run all the game through and that don’t let you appreciate the details.

idk about the resident evil idea bcuz i think if i was a runner and i found a locked door...i would bust that thing down as fast as i could....especially if i had a GRENADE LAUNCHER WITH MAX AMMO IN ALL GRENADE TYPES....gah the one thing that ticked me off in RE

Yeah; The RE series is getting old and far too cheesy, more games should take pointers from Mirrior Edge, even if it was kinda flawed, it was still and awesome game.

RE? Spine chilling? Maybe in the past, buit not any more, dude. It's just gore-splashing shooters now.

Knorror;
Stuff like the general aspects like the subtle ways that your see the world through Faiths's eyes and twisting plots but mostly the fact that Mirrors Edge is not some dumb-muscle shooter like so many other games I could say, there should be more games where, like in Mirrors Edge that are about althetics, like the old Tomb Raider games.

Well that is true, Mirror's edge is different in that point. Is not the "shoot everything that moves" but I tell you, if there are't cops to kick in the game, will be boring just jumping and runing. A longest Mirro’ edge can’t be only run and jump, it will need action and others variations in the gameplay, mayve hacking, infiltration; I dont know.

Yes, I do agree. Action is always good since it feels good to be fighting, doing some kick-*** moves and stuff, but fighting should not be the main theme. I think that Mirror's Edge did the right thing about putting fighting on the side. Your not some over-power marine, but a un-armed woman, and being forced into a cornor to fight can make the experiance thirling, but you still have the change to run away, after the fight. I like that feeling of being vunrable, and not being able to absorbe bullets. That's how I found, it anyway.

There needs to be atleast some action, in my opinion, every game.

You are right, fighting must be some on the side, and is great not be the assassins-extrakiller-weaponspecialist-muscleman-marine. Only a fast and lethal woman, but vulnerable. I love in the game, fight against 4 cops, running around, hiding, kicking thier *** one by one.

ninja dont use "shoes" they use boot like shoes....think Converse Chucks but with a mid-calve support instead of ankle support...other than that yeah the design is just about the same

Now all we need is for Faith to wear a Hidden Villege forehead protecter, give her some kunai's and teach her Jutsu's. ^_^

It does not matter if you dont' know what I'm talking about. Fellow Narutards do. ^_^
