Cannot connect online

Im trying to access the leaderboards and other online features. It requires you to log in to your EA Online account. Now I know I have one because I use it for other games like BF2142 and Spore and such. However when I try to connect on my PS3 it says it cannot connect and tells me to check my e-mail and password. I've successfully changed my password a couple of times and still nothing. I even tried to make a new account with 3 different e-mails and each time it says the "NAME already exists." If anyone could help I'd greatly apperciate it.

Have you linked your PSN to your EA account before?

It might be worth checking your details here to be sure.

Yes, my PSN is linked to my EA account.

In that case I would suggest contacting EA Support and asking for their assistance. The link is at the very top of the forum or there are contact details in your game manual.

I am having the exact same problem. I get the same error for LOTR: Conquest too.
