yeah i cancelled from play.com because i pre-ordered the game a while back now (before 'the week of the demo's release') and i never recieved my code. Useless. So i cancelled and pre-ordered with game for the t-shirt (which i think looks awesome)

Same issue here, pre-ordered from Play.com, rang them today and was told that there are no promo codes attached to the game......

i ordered with game the same day the demo came out for ps3 expecting the code to be sent on that day. no such luck i'am really angry that now on the mirrors edge web site they've changed it to say you only get the code if you order with play. how the flock was i suppose to know that when i ordered with game.com. and please dont anyone from the ea forum say sorry cuz:

1:its not really your fault
2:the only sorry that would matter is if you send me a code, which is'nt going to happen.
3:this has got me more angry than i was at konami for the metal gear solid online cockup

Don't be envious of people who purchased it from play as they dont seem to be shipping the codes anymore anyway!

I could have purchased the game for £5 less, but I decided to go for the pre-order code. feeling cheated.

Why is it that there are always issues with EA releases???

Since play arent talking to me, who do I approach for the codes?

Did you contact Play.com using the email address that had been posted by members in this thread also? Maybe that would be worth trying.

It's not worth trying, they ignore all emails to that address unless it's from a play.com advisor... Even though we've been told to mail it by some advisors..

Tried that, I get an automated response, I also notice that they no longer advertise the pro code on the game anymore.

Very poor show from all areas if this code has been dropped.

You're just going to have to live without it now. Even if you did get it, it'd be rather pointless; you'll have the game in a few days.

Looks that way, also looks as if the great EA marketing campaign has a few issues!

It took a few (increasingly angry) emails to get past the automated responses and useless / irrelevant stock answers - but in the end think my message got through to a real person and I got a code from EA customer support.

Even though I suck bad at it - I think the time trial mode is going to be pretty sweet

EA made a HUGE **** up by not having the time trial mode available to everyone from day one!!!

After playing time trial mode I think it has a lot more to offer than single player. There's no real challenge in single player other than the cops. Time trial is the real challenge!
